Returns from Australia impossible

I like the product. The sizing is small though - I’m usually a 14-16 and needed 2XL, which still isn’t very loose. The joggers are correct size but at 163cm the regular way too long so had to order petite for right length. Word of warning if ordering from Australia - it’s impossible to return. The online returns drop box doesn’t accept the order code and customer service are useless - they just keep repeating the same process to enter code and won’t accept it doesn’t work. Will probs reorder now have figured out correct sizing but am stuck with other sizes I can’t wear because of returns process fail.

Customer service is awful

Customer service is awful. I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for an order of scrubs. There is a delay in responding and no positive feedback.

Don't waste your time

So I have basically purchased Figs as the majority of my scrubs since I started working. I don't mind the product, it's over priced for sure, but whatever, you get what you pay for and I write them off. My problem is that out of every order I make, they cancel and refund two. I think I've successfully had three deliveries from them and I spend over $1,000 at a time when I purchase scrubs, because I also purchase the undershirts (I know, it's ridiculous) to cover my arms as I'm sleeved and we all still live in the dark ages. There is no way to contact a living breathing person to speak to, they do not explain why this keeps happening and basically I'm over here waiting around for orders that were never placed to begin with. I've messaged them directly and on Instagram and commented on their posts and basically, they don't care. So many ppl buy their product, If they lose one customer, there will be dozens more to replace us. Grey's Anatomy and Mandala are just as good and have way more options.

The lovely customer service assistant…

The lovely customer service assistant Emma was fantastic and quick in helping my problem out. I ordered wrong sizing and wanted to cancel as I re ordered. She was extremely efficient and made what I thought was going to be a hard try to get a refund back so easy. So if you reading this review and about to buy remember there is also good reviews about cancelling and refund amongst the bad! Super excited for my scrubs to arrive!

U.K buyers beware - anything wrong you massively loose out!

U.K. buyers beware. FIGS is based in the US. This wasn’t obvious when I placed my order. I only realised was from US when the displayed £100 amount changed to $ charged after I’d paid. Also international shipping and taxes added making it £144 So my order of footwear had US sizing (a size too small). I emailed a few minutes later to advise I needed the next size up. The response came the next day saying they can’t amend an order but could and cancel / refund and I could place a new order for the correct size. - I immediately replied yes please. They then replied a couple of minutes later saying they could not cancel as they had already dispatched my order. (Within the same hour). I placed a new order for the correct size over the phone so that I didn’t loose out on the trainers I wanted. today over a day later I received an email saying the packers found they are out of stock. I now won’t get the trainers I want, yet have lost the taxes (£22) and the 2 way shipping (around £40) on the first order If I return the too small sent pair. I’ll also then have to wait for them to reach the US and be processed to get the £100 paid back effectively will be £80 after return shipping - meaning I’ve lost out by £64 for absolutely nothing.

The customer service is TERRIBLE

The customer service is TERRIBLE. I will not be doing business with wearfigsusa.com again. I purchased three sets of scrubs for my wife on Dec 10, 2021 and paid for fast (5-9 day) shipping in order to have in time for Christmas. The scrubs did not arrive until several days after Christmas. The pants were too small. I ordered size small since in every other pair of scrubs she wears size small. When I e-mailed customer service (no other way to contact them) they requested a photo or video of the item, which I sent. The response was so incomprehensible that I still do not understand what they were offering. No return authorization was sent . I am so frustrated dealing with them that I am tempted to write off the nearly 150.00 cost just to take my business to a US based company.

Ordered following there measurement…

Ordered following there measurement guide. Spent £79, items are so small at can’t fit over head. Can’t send back as never made clear I will have to pay for returns to US. Avoid company, plus material is awful.

Absolutely worthless scrubs

Absolutely worthless scrubs! The fabric is spandex that is tight on your skin. Screw this company and screw their customer service! I order 4 sets of men’s scrubs and they sent me woman’s scrubs!! And those worthless cretins won’t let me return it because it’s embroidered. Which also looks like horrible.. I hope this loser of a company goes bankrupt, they are a disgrace to healthcare workers!

Hole along the side seam in one year...

Long sleeve shirt that I wear under my scrubs maybe once every two weeks developed a hole on the side seam. When I asked if they could replace it, they said due to the age of the shirt (which was purchased 10/2020), they will not replace it. Mind you, these shirts are not cheap so I'll just go back to purchasing my old undershirts that I can buy in bulk for a fraction of the price.

FIGS-Store Credit is different from Gift Card

Last month, I returned an item and decided to just have a store credit and keep it into my figs account for future use. Tonight, decided to order a set. At the check out, i used one of promo code discount and wanting to use my store credit also (not a gift card). Figs does not allowing me to use my store credit. keep saying it was a gift card and you can only use one of either gift card or promo code. So, I used my store credit instead and be done with it. AGAIN IT WAS NOT A GIFT CARDS, it was a store credit FIGS!.
