Wrong shoes

Ordered shoes, they took almost 6 weeks to get to me ….unfortunately they were the wrong size so I paid for postage and sent them back. Emailed and spoke with their customer service and very clearly stated the correct size. Was sent a confirmation email stating the new correct size. Waited almost two months only to receive the same size I had sent back to them initially. Absolutely useless. DO NOT do business with them they have no idea what they are doing and their postage and delivery times are outrageously bad. A very expensive learning experience for me.

Poor customer service

was buying gift for new graduate. was told the only way to get them on sale was to sign up for text messages and get 15% off. Now a few weeks later they are on sale without the text requirement for 20% off. company refused to price match. If they cared about consumers they would. Speaks very badly about thei customer service, would not shop there again.

Canadian buyers beware

Canadian buyers beware! Their returns page does not advise you they do not refund duties. I spent $75 in “shipping, taxes and duties” just to try on scrubs that are terrible fitting. Figs then tells you to fill out a form to submit to CBSA. However, CBSA needs to know the exact amount of taxes and duties that were paid. Unfortunately Figs is dishonest with their customers and fails to advise you that you will NOT receive a refund on duties upon return. If you have any curves or muscular thighs, stay far away from this company. Their scrubs are ill fitting. One size will be way too tight and the next size up will be hanging off of you. DO NOT support a company that has zero transparency with their customers.

Amazing product quality

Amazing product quality. I have been working in healthcare for years and I couldn't be any happier since I started wearing their scrubs. I had an issue on the sleeve on one of my jackets and I was immediately offered a refund or replacement on the same day I sent my complaint.

After 7 weeks I still haven’t received my scrubs and no one responds to help you replace them.

Received a faded pair of pants

Received a faded pair of pants. Contacted customer service and they replaced it with abother faded pants not once but twice. Will think about buying another pair again

Not honoring sign up discount

I received an email stating I would receive 15 percent off as a new customer if I created an account. No restrictions were listed. They refused to honor the discount and referred me to an obscure help question that said discounts could not be stacked. I was simply trying to get the promised discount!!

Buy these overpriced scrubs of you want you pants to fall down all day! The pants are held up with a flimsy drawstring. The fabric is soft but the design needs a serious review. BEWARE! The best thing about this company is their clever marketing.
