The quality is good. Price is high, but you pay for quality. Placed an order, but no way of editing the order or making amendments once it’s placed. Can’t cancel order unless you call. Money is then tied up for a week before it comes back to you. I would think Figs would have their buying process up to date with the times.

I have ordered my figs on 9/28/2021. I had to drop and email to remind about my figs order. So I see that my figs arrive date was on 10/2/2021. I waited all day Saturday then later in the evening I see my order changed to 10/4/2021. I had someone at home waiting for the package even it sad it's out for delivery waited and waited nothing. Later on the 10/4/2021 I check again its say it's out for delivery but the date is change to 10/5/2021. Google the number for figs uniforms called 14245008209 Los Angeles CA. Spoke to a lady name by Courtney I asked her where is my order. She told that she check my ground Shipping is 5 to 7 days. But my was was why you are giving false information on Shipping and delivery. Courtney told that they have a small wearhouse so seems she was telling me may be one to two people work there. I wear Figs because I love FIGS. It is unique, special, comfortable and I feel FIGS has its own style. I love style.

Good material, terrible sizing. Fits vary, even between identical clothing, and the pants run WAY too long. Worst sizing in any clothing I’ve ever seen. Returned the 10+ I bought.

Figs shipping is terrible but the scrubs are a nice quality. Will order again. Hopefully it isn’t 3 days late again like my first order.

There’s not enough good things I can say about figs they are by far the best most comfortable scrubs I have ever owned my entire office wears them once you switch to figs you will never buy another type of scrubs again. Yes the sizing is sometimes not a perfect fit and needs to be exchanged but they are so easy abs speedy at switching things out. Thank you for being so awesome !!!

The sizing fits small. A large scrub top was too small for me. I ordered my scrubs from the UK and had to pay almost half of what I paid for them just to return them. Until they offer free returns I would probably stick to a shop within the UK. Quality is amazing though. Just unfortunate about the sizing and the returns.

Large size was way way too small despite following sizing instructions. Because I had name embroidered I cannot return the top. Don't buy from them, you'll be sorry.
