we own a massive dental practice in Australia NSW. Placed a large order. had to return some of the uniforms and due to their sizing. still haven't received my refund for the scrubs I sent back. Placed another order for the correct sizes and I haven't received them either! I have emailed figs over and over to follow up on my order and the refund. They lack in response and customer service. I've messaged them on Instagram, through their website and email. No one bothers to respond! very disappointed. I don't recommend Figs wear to anyone!

Poor customer service. Never hear back from them other than a computer generated response. Sizes are all messed up. I just wasted $110 on shipping and cost of returns for nothing.

I am a fan of the Zamora jogger bottoms- I have them in a few colours. But I find that some of the colours seem to be see-through. I noticed a co-worker wearing the teal colour and I could see her underwear through them. I recently got the red pair and I have to wear a beige bra with it or else you can see it clearly. Not impressed with the lack of consistency in the fabrics.

I'm putting two stars because the design for the figs scrubs as well as material (in my opinion,) is great. The reason my rating is so low is because of the way customer service handles sizing/exchanges. I kindly asked for their opinion on my fitting based on my picture/measurements and the rep said, oh yeah you'll need to size up. Then they continued to stating that customers can only return scrubs if they have never put them on. I'm like, if you're an online store with multiple sizes that are confusing...How will I know they'll fit unless I try them on? All she did was offer 50% off to purchase another pair. For how much I spent on my figs, I expected better.

If I could give negative stars I would. This brand is hyped up and it truly is terrible quality. The material. The fit! The top fit like a maternity top!!!! Cheap awful material! scamming healthcare workers out of their money. Just sad.

I was charged $146 for a top and pants on the 12th then today was charged $28 and $118 for nothing!!!! I want a full refund of $146.35 and $28.35 and the other $118 that was taken out of my bank account through pay pal !!!!!!! This is horrible and they have taken money out of my account without me authorising it this service is shocking and a scam I want a full refund but they won’t reply to me

As per many other reviews, the sizing is horrible. Normally wear M-L in many other brands. Bought a Large, even measured out before hand. Cant even put it on! Fits my wife ok - who normally wears XS - S. What a joke. The opening for the head is designed for midgets. Cant return or even change the size because its sale item.

The scrub price is okay when bought in USA. But if planing to buy in Canada forget it over charge the price. If the item cost 78 USD including shipping and taxes they will charge the card 125 CDN dollars the exchange rate is ripe off. I contacted them but they won’t charge my card USA dollars but instead charged Canadian dollars the exchange rate don’t make sense.

Still not being delivered to the UK, unless you expect to spend £200.

I had figs scrubs years ago and at the time they fit nicely. I recently got a few different styles of their scrubs. The scrub pants are made to fit models(either super thin bodies or hour glass figures). I'm 5'5 and weigh 128 lbs, and these were just not flattering for my body. FYI to the figs company- make note that not all women want tight fitted scrub pants "yoga waist band". Also, the colors don't really match, i got the navy top and navy bottom and they were not the exactly the same color, i got a different set and had the same problem. The scrubs are too hyped & are not worth your hard earn money- but if you're anything like me then you'll probably buy them and try them on for yourself and then realize that they are not worth the money. You are better off with the old fashion hospital scrubs!
