Not worth the hype

Unflattering tops bunch at the neck line and baggy at bottom. Not sure why these are so expensive and popular. They really are all hype. Save your money đź’°

Negative comments don’t get posted on figs website

Originally I wrote a negative comment because the dark harbor I got run like 2 sizes larger... I have like 6 pairs of gigs and happy with them all but these just run so huge and now they’re out of sizes and I can’t even order the XXS!! I wrote a comment and this was their response.. but they DID NOT post my negative comment.. so pretty much only positive comments get posted! I will not shop with them again for this reason, and people will soon understand why they shouldn’t either! Thank you for your feedback Mariana. I apologize about that. We will definitely share this with our production team so we can start improving and making some changes to the fit and finish of the scrubs.

Took my money, refused refund, I still don't have the scrubs!

Figs have refused to refund my return due to their own error. Now they've got my money and are ignoring me. NEVER BUY. Also the scrubs were pretty ugly, get Dickies instead.

sizing and pricing sucks

I would never buy from this place ever again. The sizing chart was wrong and the pants are tight. The shirt is tight at the bottom. Looks like a good fit when you have a 6 foot 4 model wearing them. Even worse they don’t exchange and want me to pay another 50$ shipping to return them. Looool 100$ in shipping I can go get regular scrubs at the mall. Why did I bother I don’t know.

Sexist and Demeaning

Their marketing campaign in October of 2020 featured a female doctor holding a book titled "medical terminology for dummies" upside down while wearing hot pink scrubs. Additionally, the doctor was wearing a D.O badge. This ad was considered to be both sexist and demeaning by many in the medical field and shows how disconnected the company is from it's customer base. Would you want to support a company who does not respect those who put their lives on the line everyday to help us during this pandemic?

The most inconsistent sizing

The most inconsistent sizing. I have 3 different size pants and they all fit the exact same way. Ridiculous. Never buying again.

Unfortunate

Got a few pairs of scrub pants w/c ended up not looking even close to what is shown on the website. They are so ill-fitting its unbelievable. To make it worse, they were final sale so no returns. They probably know the fit sucks thus the final sale tag. I should have learned my lesson when I didnt get my gift card amount back for a return from my very first transaction with them. To say their customer service is lacking is an understatement. I feel ripped off.

I ordered some boots almost two months…

I ordered some boots almost two months ago and not received them yet. I was sent a tracking number that does not work or lead to anywhere. I want my $50.00 back.

Fabric doesn’t breathe

Fabric doesn’t breathe. Terrible customer service, no luck reaching a real human to exchange. They do not fit like you’d think they would for “athletic wear.” They look cute, but weren’t worth the trouble.

Ridiculously expensive and offensive

Ridiculously expensive, especially considering they are very ill-fitting. I haven't seen anyone they fit well. The styles are all trying too hard to be hip and trendy. Did Figs forget we are nurses and other healthcare professionals? We are WORKING, not trying to look sexy or standing there shaking our asses, as their models do in their videos online. Personally, I find that offensive. Try to get a problem fixed with customer service and you will learn quickly that you made a huge mistake buying from Figs. First, there is no telephone customer service available. Sure, there's a number to call, but they don't answer, nor do they call you back. Send them an email, you might as well throw a bottle into the ocean. If you do, by some miracle, get an answer, don't expect to get resolution if it will cost them a dime. Expect excuses, suspicion and false accusations. Wow!
