Offensive marketing.

Please do not buy scrubs from a company who puts a female doctor in a scrubs ad with a book for dummies turned upside down. Seriously?? As another female physician friend said...how many people had to Approve that ad that would think that is ok??? So offensive!

In a pandemic when DOs are risking their lives to save yours and you mock them????? Cancelled my order and won’t be back!

Have never received item yet. Needless to say in a pandemic you need masks, so it's been about two weeks now and nothing,

Nice scrub, very long delivery times. The run small on tops but legs run long

I bought a pair of scrubs, received them and had to buy one size up because of how small they run. I'm usually a medium or large, but definitely needed to order XL for them to fit me properly. To give the most accurate review: these are fitted scrubs. So if you are wanting a little room in your bottoms/tops order a size up. They run small. The main reason for my review is also 3 weeks later- top has a tear in the sleeve. So depressing and waste of money.

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered the wrong size and just asked for a return label in order to send back without paying shipping (which is offered on their website) and it’s been weeks now and still nothing. I have now reached my 30 day time period of a return and no one has contacted me since. I’ve sent multiple e-mails and no response. So now I sit here with $65 dollar pants plus paid $20 shipping and cant do anything about it. I was told not to ship back because they just keep the items and take weeks to months to send any kind of discount. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed, I will be choosing other scrubs from here on out.

HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE FROM FIGS REGARDING WHERE THE SCRUBS ARE MADE??? REALLY WANT TO ORDER A PAIR, BUT CANNOT GET BEHIND HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS IF MADE IN CHINA, HOPEFULLY NOT .

I ordered two set for my wife and fit is not good so we return it and order a new one. Then it doesn’t fit the leg part so even do she like it we have to return it again. But my wife just fit it now they are saying they will just give as a gift card. How would you buy something if it does not fit you. Now we are stuck with a gift card that does not do us anything. What a rip off....

So far my experience with the company is good. Their scrubs are by far the softest scrubs that I have worn (maybe softer than Grey's Anatomy and those are soft!). They came within a week with standard shipping so they come really fast. The scrubs are comfortably loose but at the same time flattering on the figure. I just wish they were less expensive.
