It’s been more than 72 hours (1 week to be exact) since I’ve filed a return as two scrubs sets ended up being a little too big on me. Unfortunately, Figs does not offer exchanges in Canada. It took me 5 emails in order to get in contact with their customer service, and I still have yet to receive my return label.
Terrible marketing
Terrible marketing. How about entering the year 2020!
Not as advertised and not worth the price.
Honestly, I was excited to see how different these scrubs are from the ones I can typically buy at the store. I am actually really disappointed because, 1.) Shipping took over a week. 2.) The scrubs feel really suffocating. 3.) Material is not breathable, nor is it flexible. 4.) Ridiculously expensive, 2 pairs: top and bottom over $80.00. I got my size and it was the right size I usually wear. I am from Florida it is important to have breathable and flexible scrubs. Unfortunately, the material does not meet the standards and it is not worth the price as advertised. I was able to buy better quality scrubs at Uniform City and Scrubs and Stuff locally.

Be careful if purchasing from Canada
Be careful if purchasing from Canada, they will not do any exchanges. Even if you request for a refund, you lose a lot of money from the additional fees you pay for. The fitting is very awkward. I would suggest sizing down. The material is also not very good. Poor customer service
Ignorant, sleezy company
Ignorant, sleezy company. Why would a female-owned company portray a female physician as a foolish, bimbo wearing PINK scrubs and holding a medical book for dummies UPSIDE DOWN? Why would you insult these women who have worked so hard for their education and have sacrificed so much? I, as a female physician, cannot express my disgust with this company and will encourage both my physician and nursing colleagues to boycot this company.
AWFUL Customer Service
AWFUL Customer Service I received a gift from a family member for my birthday- 4 FIGS gift cards totaling $100. The reason she had to purchase 4 gift cards is because FIGs does not allow for you to purchase gift cards over $50. My family member told me she had difficulty even getting 2 x $50 gift cards. Suspicious. This is interesting consider if you buy one pair of FIGs it is well over $50... more like $80-100. When I finally received my FIGs gift card NONE of them worked. So I contacted customer service, they were NO HELP. They also informed me I could not use all my gift cards at the same time. I have to make FOUR SEPARATE PURCHASES in order to use my $100 to FIGS. This is absurd and I feel they are trying to rip people off who get gift cards. They are trying to make as much money as possible and do not care for their customers. The whole point of a gift card is to not have to spend your own money. I am irate with this company. I expected more. I thoroughly expressed my concerns and still asked that they would just go ahead and activate my gift cards. After multiple correspondence with a representative he never fixed the issue. One way to fix this issue FIGS is to simply allow people to buy more gift cards totaling at least $100. This seems like a no brainer to me since one pair of figs is slightly under $100. I am in healthcare not even in the business world and I know this is a smart thing to do for my customers. Also allow customers with gift cards to use all of their gifts cards on a purchase. And please work with your customer service. I felt my representative never even helped to fix the issues at hand- activate my gift cards.
I will NEVER purchase figs scrubs…
I will NEVER purchase figs scrubs again. As a nurse I find their recent advertisement highly offensive. My medical brothers and sister are still fighting, and at times losing their own lives, to a Pandemic that is not going away anytime soon. DO NOT ALLOW Figs to profit off a slandering marketing ploy to make money!! Simply disgusting
