Customer Service reached out to make it right
Update 8/19/19: After I posted the below review, Figs customer service contacted me because they knew I was having trouble getting what I needed. They offered to set up a call so we could discuss the issue. We did and I spoke to Claire on Friday. I explained what the issue was, while she listened without interrupting, which I appreciated. She then explained what their internal issues are that prevented me from ordering as tax-exempt, but she did offer solutions to work around their limitations. I then told her that the most frustrating part of my experience is that the person I had been working with never offered any work-around solutions. It was all or nothing for her, even after I asked if there was someone else I could work with or if there was someone she could ask! Not offering solutions to basically an internal problem is awful customer service and Claire acknowledged this and apologized for it. Today, I was able to place my tax-free order after our phone conference on Friday, and so for that, I'm updating the review from 1 star to 4. They've earned back the business. (Posted 8/13/19) I've ordered FIGS before without an issue, but this time around was so different. Whatever changes they've made in the last year have not been good. I wanted to order 3 sets for a new doctor coming on board, and our organization is tax-exempt. As I said, I ordered last year, and they were able to accommodate the tax-exempt status without an issue. This time, I was told, repeatedly, that we needed to order a minimum of 10 sets in order to "qualify" for the tax-exempt status. That's not how this works. The government qualifies you as tax-exempt, not a random corporate company. I tried MULTIPLE times to have them explain to me how this makes sense, and I was simply given the same response that we needed to order at least 10 sets in order to get the tax exemption. I even gave them a past order that was tax-free that they could look at. They simply said they don't do that anymore and need to purchase at least 10 sets. Really?! It was so frustrating. Taking our business to Jaanuu. We've bought from them before as well, and their service was great.
OMG TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
OMG ! I AM A NURSE AND LET ME TELL YOU I WAS SO HYPED UP ABOUT WEARING FIGS AND YET ALONE I THOUGHT TO MYSELF ITS PRICEY SO IT MUST BE GOOD SO I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR 2 YEARS I ORDERED AND OWN ABOUT 8 PAIRS OF FIGS A SET IS $100 YOU DO THE MATH. i WAS PLEASED UP UNTIL MY LAST PURCHASE CALLED THE "SAMPLE SALE" I THOUGHT WOW $45 FOR A SET ILL TAKE IT. I RECEIVED MY ORDER IN A LARGE AND IMMEDIATELY IT LOOKED OFF THE MATERIAL WAS THICKER SO IT RAN SMALLER FIT LIKE A MEDIUM. I WAS CALLING THE CUSTOMER CARE AND COULD NOT*** GET THROUGH TO SPEAK TO A REPRESENTATIVE VERY MYSTERIOUS. THE OPERATOR KEPT SAYING WE ARE SORRY WE CANT GET TO YOU. I ALSO TEXT THE NUMBER I NEEDED HELP WITH MY ORDER FOR AN EXCHANGE OR EVEN STORE CREDIT COULD NEVER GET A HOLD OF THEM . FINALLY I EMAILED AND HAD THIS REP BY THE NAME OF "GABE" ANSWER ME AND SAY CAN YOU SEND PICTURES IM LIKE WHAT?? LOOK UP MY ACCOUNT I KNOW HOW FIGS FIT AND THIS IS NOT A LARGE IT WAS CLEARLY DEFECTED THAT'S WHY THEY WERE ON SALE. HE OFFERED ME NOTHING COULD'NT EXCHANGE AS AN EXCEPTION NOTHING BUT A $10 GIFT CARD I TOLD HIM TO KEEP IT THE COMPANY NEEDS IT MORE. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN AND ITS ALMOST EMBARRASSING WEARING MY OTHER FIGS NOW LUCKILY I ALSO BUY FROM "JAANUU" ITS HIGH END GREAT QUALITY OF SCRUBS WITH CONCIERGE CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT LIKE FIGS. Mysterious staining and AWFUL Customer Service
*Color of scrubs were both Cement I got face moisturizer on the front of my scrub top. I wiped it with water and it went away. Later that day I sprayed it with spray and wash and washed it. It came out of the wash with black spots all over it, not just where the lotion was but also on the entire back of my scrub top. I looked at the rest of the laundry and nothing else had spots on it. I thought it was something that ran.....weird...Better luck next time I thought. 2 days later and several washes of other clothing in-between same thing happened to my scrub pants. Front and back. Something is definitely wrong or defective. Nothing was on any other article of clothing in the same washes. I don't use my pockets or carry around pens. NOTHING! For the cost of the scrubs you'd think they could afford to hire help with customer service. Pathetic! I'm a busy professional and no time for this mess. I will not purchase anymore. Sorry FIGS, you suck!

Liar customer service I hope they’ll rot in HELL!! Wasted my hard earned money! I returned 3 items in 3 different mail & I only got a refund on 2 items. Scammers!
Size matters
Isn’t it a shame that this company thinks all health workers are the size of these models they put into their scrubs. When the reality is Health care workers come in all shapes and sizes, When the company you work for buys these for all their workers it’s a bit embarrassing for a lot of people that have to tell management I’m sorry they don’t make my size. I mean come on you’ve been in business for a while now I find it hard to believe I’m the only one that has complained about your sizing.

Dishonest company. I was looking for nice and comfy scrubs for my spouse. I found this company based on asking Reddit and Instagram. This company was the first to ever lie to me and let me tell you why. You can never reach these guys on social media and by call. It started off with an email then it lead to social media as they were more responsive there due to traffic and publicity. I called them out on a order I placed on 7/23. I paid the expedited shipping FedEx 2 Day for 3 very overpriced scrubs sets. There guidelines say any rushed orders processed after 11am would ship the next day. I paid using PayPal just to be safe and I checked to see if it was shipping on 7/24. Emailed a person named, "Ky". He/She told me in these words when I asked when my order was shipping, "Seems like your order is next on the line." Cool, the whole day goes by and they haven't emailed me a tracking. Since this company only operates on a 6-5 job you won't be able to get emails or call-backs, but their social media was very active. I decided to call them out on Instagram but you know they ignored the issue and replied to only the potential customers asking questions and the ones making positive comments. They finally replied back to me via DM and said contact support for questions with your order. Alright, completely ignoring the questions as I expected. Today is 7/25. I called and emailed and continue to call them out even more but to no avail. I'm sure there drafting up an excuse right now and are just ignoring me. I read a comment on their Instagram with someone asking if they still have a shop in LA and they responded no but we still have the online shop. This is a shocker and red flag. Seems to me this company is already going under. Probably super understaffed with tons of inquiry. They market their website, over price their premium outfits, and social media so much they can't even hold a shop anymore let alone shipping. But here they are annoucning more colorways and advertisement. I needed this order for my spouse for our 5 year. I live out of state right now otherwise I would have ordered this long ago. I even paid for the damn gift bag and now this probably isn't going to get there by tomorrow. Oh, they also managed to get rid of this rewards program? Another red flag. I was not aware of it considering this is my first time shopping but guys please read my review. I'm just as real as you are writing this. I'm filling a dispute with PayPal in the next 3 hours or so if they don't handle things right for me.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I purchased several sets of their scrubs this spring. One of the pants has a defective zipper (clearly sewn incorrectly during fabrication) and catches the fabric when unzipped. It has actually torn the fabric. I contacted customer service and was told they could do nothing about it - was offered a $15 gift card compensation. They were not willing to replace the pants. These were probably the most expensive scrubs I have ever purchased. For a company that prides themselves on quality of workmanship and customer service, they obviously need to up their game. Our office will not be purchasing scrubs from them in the future.
Terrible Customer Service
Quality of scrubs is awesome but customer service SUCKS. I ordered a set of denim scrubs w an embroidered top seven weeks ago. They sent me that and another top instead of the pants. I initiated a return and of course they were out of the style I wanted so I ordered a different style. Returned the top and didn’t hear a word for two weeks. I called and it turns out they couldn’t find what i ordered so they just ignored it all together. By this time, they were out of all styles but the basic and in the wrong size. So I ordered that with the intention of having them altered. Got an email saying ‘hooray your order is delivered’. Nothing was there as apparently FedEx somehow lost the package. I use FedEx all the time and this has never happened. So now they are out of everything but joggers and there’s no way I’m settling for that. I have an embroidered top without matching pants and I’ve requested (demanded) a customer service supervisor call me. The same person that hasn’t gotten this taken care of called me. FIGS is an expensive circus. I guess they’ve outgrown their capability to maintain some reasonable level of customer service. We have thousands of dollars worth of FIGS stuff but won’t buy another thing from them. Find something cheaper and stay away from this company.
Bad Fit; Bad Customer Service
I ordered a white lab coat from Wear Figs and had it embroidered with my professional doctor name. The coat arrives and it's no way what was sent is meant to fit a size small. And it most certainly doesn't follow the sizing chart on their website. The fit was very big and did not match the cut on the woman on the website. It also seemed to be a men cut vs a women's cut. Clearly, they have an issue with sizing reading other reviews, and their customer service is lacking when I reached out to them. Do not buy from them. For the cost of this lab coat, there's no way I should have to spend any additional money for it to not look like I borrowed a man's coat.

I’ve purchased these scrubs and worn them. They come apart at the seams. They are cut adequately...too short. I couldn’t lift my arms without my stomach showing. The fabric is hot, and doesn’t breath well nor does it stretch well. I ended up giving the scrubs to donation goodwill. I tried many different fits also. They just sucked. Unless you look like a model, they fit terribly. The company doesn’t stand behind their coupons or products. I tried to go through the BBB to resolve issues. They did not respond. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
