Figs review
I am writing a review because a lot of these previous reviews have made me skeptical about ordering from Figs! However, I recently purchased 2 sets of scrubs from them & have had wonderful customer service experience, literally within 30 minutes a girl named Kelsey assisted and helped me with my exchange order and sent me a new return label. I was amazed at the quick response time and excellent customer service since all of these negative reviews are listed. I would say to order a size up in most scrubs because I was under the impression that they run bigger but In my personal opinion they run a lot smaller than average. Besides that the exchange and return policy is easy and great and I am very pleased. I hope these new sizes will fit perfectly :)
Don't expect wearfigs.com to post accurate reviews!
I have left 3 reviews with less than stellar star ratings. Surprise! Not one of them have been posted! These are legitimate reviews by a legitimate customer, with respectful verbiage. Still, not posted. Now, on to the scrubs. The material is great. The fit is terrible! I bought two sets and had to wear them after a laundry accident with a pen leaking ink destroyed my other scrubs. The waist bands are HUGE on the pants and there is so much extra room at the crotch that you would think they were unisex pants and not women's pants, yet the hip and thigh areas fit fine, so it's obviously the right size. The tops fit fine around the abdomen, but the shoulder area is huge, again. The arms on the jacket are like orangutan arms, hanging down to my thighs. Not exaggerating. Customer service is horrible. I have emailed them and called them literally dozens of times over a several week period. Generally, with phone calls it immediately goes to a voice message telling you to "email for faster service". Other times it rings and rings, then puts you on hold, then hangs up on you several minutes later. Emails are simply ignored, after you get an email telling you it has been received. Although, one email did tell me to call to speak to a customer service rep. After nearly two weeks, I finally got a response when shockingly someone answered the phone. (I almost fainted in shock!) By this point I had already worn them and couldn't return them, so I really wanted to just know why my reviews weren't being posted. The answer was that they always post reviews. Yeah? Well, were are mine? Their answer was it must have been a glitch. Uh, really? 3 times over several weeks period? LOL! Since then, I've met someone else who posted two 1 star reviews on their scrub tops and bottoms and were unable to get their reviews posted either. Guess they had glitches, too, huh?

worst ever, returned items, and only got refunded for one, call all day long no answer, voicemail with "you are awesome" email, automatic replies, luckily i used amazon pay, the issue was resolved by amazon. Stay away!!, expensive, poor customer service NOT WORTH IT
Great scrubs but the customer service…
Great scrubs but the customer service is by far the worst. I have ordered two sets of scrubs before. I had no issues what so ever. I ordered this new set just earlier this week. I got two day shipping. They did not ship in two days like promised when I called to confirm. Then they apoloigized and said they refunded the $20 shipping which didn't happen and they gave me a tracking number for FedEx that says it's not valid. It's very frustrating as I do love there scrubs a ton but how can I love them if I never get them!!!!
worst customer service
I have had a terrible experience with the figs customer service team. I bought 3 pair of scrubs without making an account and checking out as a guest. Although their website states you can add your purchases together they don’t actually let you do it to gain your points. After 3 purchases I made an account but was then told I couldn’t combine my purchases. I will not be buying from them anymore. When I told the representative this was poor service as I have been a loyal customer he just agreed with me and said there was nothing he could do as their system does not let them “join accounts” even thought there is only one account and I have never made two accounts
Love, Love, Love
Not sure why they have bad reviews but I guess it happens. But I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my FIGS scrubs!!! I will never order from a different company again. I love their scrubs they last long and never fade. I’m curvy but I wear size medium pants and xs top and they fit great and I get compliments all the time. I’m on my 7th pair and will be ordering more. I’ve never had any issues with the company or making exchanges. The only thing that stinks is that I tried to sign up for the ID.me to get discounts but they only recognize a handful of professionals. I’m a speech language pathologist in outpatient and it only allows school based speech language pathologists to sign up yet school based SLPs don’t wear scrubs. And another thing that’s annoying but only because I don’t have it, want it but can’t have it lol it their 2017 fleece jacket. I just wish they would bring it back the fleece jacket with the pocket on the sleeve all over Instagram. We I First found figs and ordered they only had one in large for men so I was a month or three too late. I email them frequently requesting for them to bring it back but always get the same generated response that they don’t have immediate plans to restock and have more jackets coming later 😒 ugh!!! That was their best Jacket and thus I haven’t bought a jacket from them as I’m still waiting for it to return🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 Please please bring it back. For now I must settle for similar fleece jackets by Northface and Columbia 😡😒
Great scrubs but
Great scrubs, but I have noticed their Cuts differ and size seems different with each article of clothing. I have ordered 5 shirts all the same size and make and they all fit different same goes with the pants.

The most important thing to consider with this company is how dishonest they are to their customers. They remove any reviews that are less than a 4.5. I contacted the company numerous times regarding them not posting my reviews — honest reviews — and an agent e-mailed me back (I kept the e-mail as proof) stating that they pay a third party company to remove reviews for them. This means you are not receiving likely more than half of the reviews you see online. They are almost 5 stared reviews ONLY because they remove everything else. That is shady. Why would I ever do business with them again? I am very fit, but the scrubs fit horribly since I have hips. Not great. They tailor to size 0-2 folks only. Shame on them

Absolutely Deplorable Customer Service
Terrible customer service! You can’t reach anyone by phone. They take almost a week to respond to emails if at all, and they don’t respond to text. Their email address says ‘stat’ in it. Stat is usually to be done within 1 hour. You’ll be lucky if they respond within a week!!! It’s a joke! Their scrubs sizes are off. God forbid u need to contact them about an issue! This is the most frustrating company I’ve ever had to deal with. For the price of their scrubs, you’d expect better treatment.
