Glad I got spammed with this

Very informative, Test results in 2 days, very quick. Very informative about my sons health issues and gave a lot of information to help. I will be getting my son a retest in a few month's time. I feel this was a great place to go to because the NHS has us waiting so long. The prices are very fair. They answer right away and customer services is great.

Since I purchased my blood test 269.99$CA, I have been sending email like this one TODAY " Hi It’s my 7th email!: still no answer ! Since I purchased my blood test: no email? how to have information?how to talk to someone? No news about my order? Has it be sent to me or not yet? Only because i could t choose 0 starts.. dont waste your money or time. Their results make no sence and if you know your body and self what they tell u your intolerant to can be things you dont even consume. Thats what happened to me and things i did consume that i am allergic to they say im fine. seriously. Also they took 3 weeka to reply to a complaint email. They are a wastw of time and money. Dont even think youll EVER get a refund from them. You will NEVER.

Don’t bother

Don’t bother, doesn’t flag up foodstuff which I know I’m 100% allergic/sensitive to. I was trying it to see if there was anything else I’d become intolerant to but it brought up 3 items which I’m 100% tolerant to, what a waste of time and money. Looking at other negative reviews, they seem to have an answer to everything! Save your money and see your GP.

i received results telling me I had 3 high alert food allergies but did not tell what the foods were.

The tests results showed I had 3 food allergies that were red and therefore should be excluded from my diet. They did not tell me what food these were. So basically the test was a waste of money and not fit for purpose. I am allergic to cats hair that was shown as no reaction whereas if I get near a cat I have an Asthma attack. There were other items of food marked as no reaction which I know I am allergic to. I have emailed the company 3 times to ask what foods are in the red and should be excluded. I have used the chat line twice. No response with an explanation as to why they have not identified the 3 foods marked as red. Surely the whole point of allergy testing is to inform people what food they should avoid. This company has failed to do this, have not replied within the timescale shown on their website. It would seem they take your money then there is no customer service after that. I am now out of pocket of nearly £100 for a result that is inaccurate.

J'ai commandé le 03 juillet

J'ai commandé le 03 juillet, j'ai envoyé un mail de mécontentement le 18 juillet, j'ai renvoyé les documents ainsi que mes échantillons le 20 car soit disant ils n'avaient rien reçu.... Nous sommes le 31, je n'ai toujours rien reçu. aucun résultat!!!! Que dois je faire????

Results were so off

Results were so off! Things I know I am 100% allergic to came back as ‘no reaction’ (such as horse dander) and things I have always eaten with no problems came back as ‘high reaction’ Has not helped at all - learnt an expensive mistake
