Brilliant customer service, first test was lost by royal mail, replacement sent very quickly

I’ve been waiting for a reply from you for 2weeks I have email I have done the chat when I log on I can no longer get a copy of the submission from so I can resend my sample because you say that you don’t have mine how hard is it to send a new codr

Don’t believe the results Had test done and the results don’t make sense. For example, I am supposed to be intolerant to butter, when questioned why not cheese and cream (dairy), the call handler came up with some vague answers. Don’t waste your hard earned cash on these tests.
