They are extremely rude on the phone and they don't want to help you with anything. They never send me an e mail and the guy on the phone told me that he can't help me.i had paid so much money to hear this answer! It's not recommended at all! They are not professionals Also, he picked up to phone saying just "Yes?" I felt like I had called a friend or something

Ask your doctor before you pay for this test. I had to post my blood samples on cardboard and they had my blood samples sitting for more than 3 months. Then when I asked for a refund (twice), they hastily gave me a fake report. It said I'm not allergic to crabs but I'm definitely allergic to it. And the report said I'm allergic to egg white but I have been eating egg whites with no issues. 60% discounts still left me losing $150. Plus it did not help me find out what's triggering my hay fever. This service was recommended to me by a not smart person. I shouldn't have listened and I should have asked my doctor first. :(

This is a horrible company

This is a horrible company! Website says results within a week, and full money back guarantee if unsatisfied. Its been 3 and a half months, I have still not received any results. I've contacted the company numerous times. Finally asked for a refund for both tests, I hadn't bothered with the blood test, as I wanted to see results from hair test 1st. They so far won't give me a refund, but now magically saying they've found my results. Still haven't sent them tho. I honestly just want my money back, and doesn't look promising. I feel like this company is just a scam.

Absolute pile of poo. My results showed as blank page. No way to contact by phone. Email takes weeks to reply. Bought 4 tests for whole family Complete waste of money. Do not buy !!!! My order number 35336

I'm so annoyed with this company. Ordered a test Sept 20, sent back the test, no results, chased them, they'd no idea where my order was never mind the results. Got a new test, sent it back, no results again, chased, they had no idea again. Asked for refund Feb 21, still asking since 3 months. Only ever got useless generic repetitive answers, no help at all. I gave the order details over 11 times, I've lost count. I just got more generic mails asking for my order details again, infuriating. When I chase them on FB messenger, I just get another 'someone will get back to you in 24/48 hours' answer. They won't let me message them now, nice. After posting 2 bad online reviews I got a mail saying 'Thank you for ordering your test' I didn't order a test at that time, I'd been asking for a refund for 3 months. Another great client service example there, so personal. The worst customer service I've experienced. Be warned. REPLY TO THEIR REPLY So the reply from the company is no surprise, twisting my words and making out they're trying to help.They have live chat but you only get the generic answers there too. After I'd given my order information from Sept SEVERAL times, all I kept getting was either 'you'll be contacted in 24/48 hours' or another generic mail asking for my order details AGAIN. When I provided the order number yet again on this review, I got a standard email 'You've placed an order for a test, please wait for your test'. That message was sent this week AFTER I've been asking for a refund since February (it's now May). All they'd done is take my order number and sent another test. I just wanted a refund. Final update - I got my refund finally. It only took over 3 months of asking and 8 months after the original order and 2 bad online reviews. They took the paypal fee out of the refund, not sure why (a sting in the tail maybe?) but I got the majority of my money back. They asked me to amend/remove my reviews, so I've amended both slightly to reduce them but still show the real story. I don't like posting bad reviews, if I'd had a better experience I wouldn't have had to post them in the first place. A real pity I had to post 2 bad online reviews and chase for over 3 months just to get my money back.

Would give no stars if possible

Would give no stars if possible. Purchased the pet intolerance test as my pet has allergies and we were hoping to figure out what it was. Sent away some of his hair and the results came back with things that weren’t stated on the list of things they would be testing for, it came back with intolerances to Earl Grey tea, chamomile tea and green tea. I contacted customer service live chat on two occasions and was told that somebody would be in contact to explain the results. Waited and still nothing so contacted live chat again today to be told they’ve done the wrong test and it was a human one and that I need to resend a sample as it has been discarded. Very disappointed.

I really regret not reading the reviews…

I really regret not reading the reviews here before I placed my order. It’s been over a week now and still no kit from them. I have emailed them twice and no response m, I should of known this was a scam When I didn’t received an email confirming the item had been dispatched.

Do not use this company

I have never in my life had such bad service from a company. I do think this company is either a scam or a complete shambles. I sent back my bloods over a month ago. I have been chasing an answer through email and the pop up on the website. I have been told that they do not have my bloods, and they must have been lost in the post and I had to wait a month for them to send me another blood sample kit incase they turned up. Then I was told that they did have my bloods and there was a technical problem and someone would get back to me. Obviously they didn't. I have wasted so much time on this. Now going to try and get my money back but don't hold any hope of that. I am deeply disappointed. Do not use this company.

IT’S A SCAM

IT’S A SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have sent my hair sample and have been waiting over a month... I contacted the “live chat” 3 times with promises of having my results within a few days, of course they never came. They just take your money hoping you forget about it. I bet they don’t even have a “lab” it’s all fake! AVOID!
