Good service, patience is key.

Given the current circumstances, they provided me with great service. It was not too long of a wait. I had the hair test. At first I was not sure what was happening with my sample, it seemed to be taking long to reach who it needed to. I then contacted customer service. It turns out that the sample has to ship to Quebec first, then the UK. I think that should be made more clear, so people do not think anything got lost. Other than that, it was good for me. Speedy results.

Poor customer service.. No product.

This company has the worst level of customer service. First off the kit didn't arrive. Then I asked for a refund and was told 7 to 10 days. No refund. Ended up having to go through PayPal and you bunch of charlatans decided to take it right to the limit and even ignore that.

Absolutely appalling. No results. No refund

Absolutely appalling company. I sent my samples 2 months ago and kept being told to wait weeks and weeks for the samples arrive. Then to be told they had arrived and then to be told they haven't! I get contradictory information with each person I email/speak to on live chat/call. I have been asking for a refund and they keep saying the refund team will get in touch and they haven't! I feel like I have been conned out of £75. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Definitely worth it!!

It was great to get my results and knowing what foods to stay away from. What a difference it has made with how I feel now. Definitely worth it!! 👍

This company are bunch of charlatans

This company are bunch of charlatans. Ordered in February..nothing came. Asked for refund said would be 7 to 10 days...nothing. Glad I paid by PayPal.. get my money back that way. customer service 0/10

Still waiting on kit arrival from Feb.

I order a blood test kit in late Feb. After 3 weeks I emailed the company asking for a status update on the kit. They stated another kit would be sent out with tracking. I still have not received the kit. I have emailed them twice in the last 2 weeks asking for a resolution and I have had zero response. They have my money, but I don't have a test kit to even start the process after 5weeks of purchase.

Very informative…

I am really surprised by the amount of information in this test. I've had bloods and saliva tests in the past and this gave more results. Some new things to work on, but many confirmed intolerances. Nutriionist was helpful on chat. Download the app to get tracking as its easier than the website.
