I purchased a pet hair sample kit in September and sent it off. The Canadian site says it takes 3 weeks to get to the UK and I would receive an email notifying me when the sample was received. By mid November I hadnt heard anything. I went on the live chat and asked. The support person said sure enough they didnt have it, so it must have been lost. They asked me to try again. So I did. It is now mid January and again I have not heard anything. I got back on the live chat today to ask about it. Again the support person said they havent received it. I asked is there some way to track what goes through the place in Canada before it gets sent out to the UK. This would help figure out at what point its getting lost. He avoided the answer. Instead he gave me the address to send a sample directly to the UK. At this point I am debating whether I should be asking for a refund instead.

I ordered the Prime 110 to test for allergies/intolerances for my escma. I am pleased with the blood results as it highlighted allergies that I knew I already had since a young child (increasing the validity) and also new food allergies that I did not know I had. Absolutely diabolical service, they should be reported to trading standards. I had just ONE simple question that has taken them nearly 3 weeks to answer. ONE QUESTION! It really makes me wonder if any of their results are true. It's clear their supervisor is still eating Minced Pies from Christmas because he/she is non existent. It's a travesty that I have to award 1 star because that would suggest even a modicum of satisfaction and that is not the case here. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Edit: Following on from the company's response, I felt compelled to mention that the online chat team are absolutely useless. They forward even the most basic questions on to the supervisors and I've not had a single advisor be able to answer anything. What's more, is that I'd actually tried them again just before posting this review but they were not able to resolve my query, again. To add insult to injury, someone contacted me via email to ask what my question was, even though it was written in that same email! In fact, a response to this review is the quickest correspondence I've ever received from the company.

Terrible company. Modern day fraudsters. They offer products with guaranteed results except the results are fake and fabricated. They also offer "refunds" but do not actually give them. Avoid at all costs.

I have been waiting for my test results for more than 2 weeks. These fuys at first said its 7-10 business days and when it was almost 15 business days, I contacted them through live chat. The guy had no answer for me and he said the supervisor will contact me within 2 business days. After 2 days I contacted them again . The guy on the live chat again said that they will contact me after 2 businesses days and here i am again with no answer. So basically i just paid for nothing and they have just been playing with me. I have all the screenshots of our chats. If nothing happens i will go to the consumer court.

This company is completely fake. I really wanted to trust all the apparently "good" reviews, but I am pretty sure now that they are fake too. I ordered a hair test an received false information against medically proven intolerances—none of it added up. When contacting to request my money back due to the 100% money back guarantee, they completely ignored my emails. I have sent them five different emails and always received the same generic email back, completely bypassing my request. Never heard of them again. At first I had a positive feeling as they were amazingly responsive and available when I purchased the item. But now that I wanted my refund, I never heard of them again. Do yourself a favor and do NOT order anything form this fake company. It's crazy to me that such con artists can even legally run a business and continue to publish fake reviews.
