Never got my test back
Never got my test back. No response via emails & i now have to resort to contacting my bank to get my money back. I lost £99 from this company and very upset with the service they have given.

2nd Update: Received Blood Test Kit. Company shipped on March 18th, 2021, and I received on March 23rd, 2021. Update: March 12th, 2021.Requesting Refund. No response from company. No product received. On Feb 7th, 2021, I ordered and have not received the Prime 110 Allergy & Intolerance Test(Blood Test). It is now March 12th 2021. Each time I check the status of my order, it states, "Awaiting Shipment". I have sent 4 chats, 9 emails and no movement.
Not worth it- ISO9001 I doubt it
I have been trying to get test results since December it march. They have lost my hair twice. ISO 9001 should definitely be revoking their quality certificates. I doubt the results are even real. Don’t bother even with the sale price.
Avoid this company at all cost
Avoid this company at all cost. Number of emails send with no response from the company, generic responses regarding delays due to covid. Sample status in test shown for weeks.
I have mailed samples THREE times
I have mailed samples for one advanced hair sample test and two pet samples THREE times and still not received. I paid in November and still unable to get results as they can’t seem to get my samples. I have confirmed addresses I mailed too and followed all the rules. Very frustrating and have now paid shipping three times for each sample.

New review... Why? Cause they published my email address and had to delete the first one. And they believe that is called professional? Shortly: does not worth taking the test. They wrote I should have symptoms to those over 95%, and I DO NOT. Microbiome feedback- zero. I eat healthy, but not 100% perfect. Update: the return time I pated for in Germany is 2 days, not 3. Hence did not get it in time. And as I mentioned on the microbiome page was no mention of anything and just 5 days after I sent the sample I was diagnosed with candida, which says at that time my microbiome wasn't balanced. I understand Trust Pilot uses my email to identify, but YOU published my email address in your reply!!!! How despicable that is? So I had to delete my previous review to make sure it is not accessed by everyone who has access to Trust Pilot. Just because you cleared that the feedback to less than 50 items is the regular I would have given you 2 stars, but obviously your professionalism is far from being up to 2 stars.
Awful Customer Service
I purchased this test almost 3 months ago never received it I no longer wanted this service after a month of not get a test I have sent five emails and always getting a generic email. then told me to email the email I have been emailing already to get a refund I’m a student in university working a part time job and they think it’s okay to keep the money i worked for. they owe me 155 dollars which takes me 13 hours to make as a part time worker. Very disappointing customer service

These tests are great value for me to monitor few illnesses. During this COVID crisis, somehow my samples have been lost. After contacting customer service, I was amazed how quick they were able to fastrack my new samples and I give me my results. I appreciate business who respect and commit to their words.
Pathetic Services
It's unfortunate that I have to resort to this medium to express my concerns. Having purchased a hair intolerance test from you from India in November 2020, I just sent my hair sample for the fifth time, and all I received as a response was that there might be a delay. My courier services clearly indicate that the hair sample was delivered to the UK lab on 15th January 21, and yet there is no response to my concerns nor is there any ownership. I have wasted all my money, and far from getting a revert back from the lab, I have had to invest money for courier charges, and undergo stress to track the delivery. I am struggling to seek a response for my hard-earned money, which seems to have gone down the drain.

I ordered the 110Prime test. The kit came in the amount of time that the website said it would, which was surprising due to COVID! The test kit is also simple to understand. It’s very easy to navigate the website and my diet and health have improved significantly since receiving my results.
