I had an old set of logs in my vented fireplace, I decided I wanted glass in it but was not sure what else I needed. I used the chat option, asked a few questions and purchased an angled pan burner and glass. I went to my home improvement store and bought fire safe paint, made it look like new and then installed my new pan and glass, it's transformed my family room and updated the look. I am so very happy with the results and the new pan and glass works perfectly and it was easy to install.

Although it took a little back and forth, the company was very helpful in ensuring we were ultimately satisfied with the product. i would recommend them and their products.

Was very happy with the customer service provided by Chris. Experienced issues with delivery of item ordered. UPS sublet to an inter-line company who did not communicate or delivery as promised. Took three scheduled dates before receiving item. Truly believe that if it were not for Chris taking a personal active role, delivery would not have occurred on the third promised delivery date. I am very pleased with my dealings with StarfireDirect. I ordered some fireplace glass in multiple colors. One of the color/brand choices I made was going to put my order on hold because the quantity I wanted was not on hand. The sales team called me to explain the problem and offered a replacement/brand choice which they said was of equal quality and appearance. That sounded acceptable so I said yes. My order arrived when I had planned and the replacement color choice looked every bit as good as the one I originally ordered. All in all, I am very pleased with the overall buying experience. In fact, when I finish this report I am going to purchase some additional fire glass - I under estimated my requirements on the original order.
