We ordered a speciality fire place burner from StarFire, and the day I got the UPS tracking, the assembly arrived! It could not have been faster, and the components were even more than described on the website. We thought we would have to buy an adapter to install the burner, but even the adapter was included in the kit. We are very impressed with the service, and product from Starfire. Not only was the same item $150 less than it was at Home Depot, your service was great. I immediately upon ordering received a phone call telling me how the order would proceed. It arrived in less than a week. It was easy to assemble and quality was excellent. (REAL wood!) It was a gift for my daughter, who is quite excited. The only bump in the road was that UPS was to have called and scheduled delivery, which they did not do. It was just sitting there when we came home, which could have been bad had it been raining. That was the fault of UPS, not Starfire.

Love the linear gas insert. Friends and relatives thought the brick surround that we built was a kit. So easy to do and love the quality.

Everything was shipped, nothing broke, and received in two days. Only wish the lazy Susan add on wasn't 25% of the fire pit cost.
