I received my order of Aqua Blue Luster fire beads in excellent shape. They were the right color and I was able to add them to the fire beads I already had. They look wonderful, like liquid fire. Thank you.

You sold me a product you did not have. Although your website said you did when I ordered it and you took my money. I had to call you before you refunded my money. Then you replied by calling my husband at work and sending me an email with the lame excuse that you had none in stock. But couldn't answer my question as to why you took my money if you had none in stock and we're not going to get any more cause they were limited supply and discontinued. I will never order anything from you again nor will I refer your company. Mindonna Hallberg.

The fire glass is very good. I have ordered twice and have been completely satisfied. There are so many different glasses to choose from it's hard to decide. Great service!

Starfire Direct has demonstrated some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. We had some challenges with UPS on delivery of our new fire pit. Due to the size and weight of the product Starfire securely ships their fire pits on wooden pallets that require special handling by UPS. An oversized UPS truck was needed to deliver the fire pit to my home. UPS contacted me stating I would need to make special arrangements to have my new fire pit delivered to a alternate location because their truck would not be able to access my street. I live on a cul-de-sac. I contacted Starfire explaining the situation. Erik in Starfire's warehouse operations assured me that he would personally contact UPS and do whatever was necessary to have the fire pit delivered to my home. Erik followed up with me daily with updates until UPS successfully completed delivery to my home. I could not be happier with the personalized service I have received from the employees at Starfire. I would not hesitate in recommending Starfire to anyone interested in a quality fire pit. They are the very best at what they do.

We have a fireplace that I always thought would look spectacular with glass rock. I did lots of research on the best deals and found Starfire Direct in my search. I had many helpful calls to them before I made a purchase where I got to ask questions and got helpful answers. The shipping was super fast and packed well. With the information from the calls and the online videos the installation of the burner and the glass was super easy! The fireplace looks and operates awesome with the new glass look! Thanks! PS - I couldn't find better prices and the shipping cost is fantastic. All around, I wish other companies operated like Starfire Direct!

The reflective stones are beautiful and no sharp edges. The online calculation for how much to order...was over exaggerated! I have 25 lbs more than I need!
