We switched our old ceramic gas logs for Starfire glass and love it! Initially we were just going to use our old burner, but decided to get the "H" burner from Starfile Direct. Aside from working with Starfire Direct, purchasing the H burner was the best decision we made!

I waited almost one month for my burner. We purchased the ventless burner with fireglass. it is truly beautiful. It works amazing and got my 48 degree room up to 79 in two hours. great price as well. Customer service at starfire was ok, but when the product didnt come in, i was not offered any empathy or percentage off, nothing. They were cold-blooded and didnt care.

Originally I was not happy with my order and wrote a negative review. I was contacted by a manager who addressed my concerns. I was very impressed that he cared and took the time to speak with me. I received my fire glass today. The glass is beautiful and changed the entire look of my fireplace. I would order from this company again as I am very happy with my purchase and the customer service. My order came in just fine and in the time length given. I will purchase more fuel when this runs out.

I was told that my glass would be on back order and if I would like to change to another type. Being that I was having a party the following weekend I needed the glass soon.
