Ordering was very easy with great communications from Starfire Direct. Shipping was very quick with a tracking number to follow the progess of the shipment. I just ordered a copper fire pit a week ago, have not received it yet, however as soon as Starfiredirect received the order they called me to clarify some details in my order I didn't know, meaning important facts on the way I will operate my fire pit, they are working looking for a way to satisfy what I explained will be the allocation and use of it, as they said…taylor made.

For reasons unknown, Starfire ships it products to Puerto Rico but not Hawaii. I did not know this until I had filled my shopping basket and attempted to place my order. I called customer service and they suggested I pay to ship my purchase to my son in California. He would then take it to the post office and mail it to me. That was all set up and the order placed. About a week later I received a call from Starfire saying they had changed their mind and would mail directly to me FOR FREE! My opinion of the company took a very positive turn after that. Thank you very much. (The product has not yet arrived and I am hoping it has not been sent fourth class mail, as we would like to have a fire in the fireplace by Christmas. CWB

the pit was a pit, the screen was a screen...the coating is dusty and comes off...the screen is heavy duty...the pitures do not accurately represent the products...i would likely not purchase again...
