Have waited 10 days for something that was supposed to ship in 2-4 bussines days

Received second order - wrong size glass. Ordered 1/2 inch got 1/4 inch glass. Packages contained a lot of small glass debris - not very usable. Seems like the glass was smashed in the bag as part of the process or my shipment was the bottom of the barrel scrap. Very dissiaponted.

Online ordering was fast and easy, the shipping was was quick. I ordered the Lavender Diamond Nuggets, and I'm very pleased with the quality of this product. The size and color of the Nuggets is far better in person than the picture on the web site. I would order again from Starfire Direct without hesitation.

We loved the rocks but thanks to the post office they were more like shivers of glass. We thought they were beautiful!

Great experience! Website was easy to navigate. I was afraid I would not receive my order prior to Christmas. Prior to ordering, I made a quick call and was assured they order would arrive on time, so I placed the order. True to there word, California to the Mississippi Gulf Coast in 5 days! Simple installation, online video was very helpful. I did all the prep work while it was in transit and had everything installed and fired up within 30 minutes of receiving the UPS shipment. Great experience!

The fire glass is beautiful and it arrived on time. I am looking forward to lighting my fire pit tonight.

Shipping was speedy. Product delivered was exactly what I ordered. I have not put the fire glass in my fire pit yet so I'm not sure if the calculations on the website was sufficient coverage in the table fire pit. Can't wait to try it out.
