I have not received my burner set yet.

I ordered the burner on 1/3/15 and have not heard a word about when I will get it. I ordered it based on the gas connection as it was advertised as a better whistle free connection. I have received my fire glass from another site within 5 days of ordering. Now that I have received this email, I'm not sure I will ever get the burner unit. No I would never use this company again. I am going to have to call to find out when I will get it.

After initial concerns, customer service was great and products arrived as ordered.

I ordered a fireburner and 20 lbs of glass on December 30 and received it on January 13. Installed easily on the 14th and had an outstanding fire of great appearance. I had some initial concerns which were professionally allayed by Lindsay, who assured me that the order was processed and in route. The routing information was confusing, but Lindsay arrange for a clarified tracking notification so I was well informed. I'd order from Starfire again. I'd encourage future customers to contact Starfire at the first hint of concern and I am confident that you will have a positive buying experience.

You sent out a fire box which is unusable without adding $200 more.

You basically had a bait and switch scheme. We bought a $1300 fire box but after it arrived discovered it was not usable without buying $200 of stones, a key element. False pricing since both a cover and stones had to be purchased separately and that was not disclosed. Very unhappy.

Starfire Direct promptly sent 5 samples of reflective glass which helped greatly in deciding which color was best for our fire table.

Terrific Customer Support

Dalia let us know that the glass we ordered wasn't in stock and gave us a couple options. We chose to cancel the order and order something else. Kim let us know that the order was canceled and that our new order would be shipped in 1 - 2 business days. We really appreciated their staying in touch with us the whole time. I would DEFINITELY recommend this site!

Easy order process, good quality product.

The only negative I had was that the shipping time was longer than quoted but then it was during the Christmas season.
