I Disgusting Customer service
I purchased a Mens Tracksuit It was to small I had to send it back to them in a express post It has been 3 weeks with 9/10 emails and messages they keep referring me to another seller that I don’t have anything to do with I purchased this from Catch they are responsible to refund me my money I had to file a complaint with the FEAR TRADING If I had to go legal I will as it is disgusting They lost of as a customer

Buyer beware. Catch market place sellers all vary in ratings. I just purchased from Livibe furntiure, who have sent me the wrong colour in my furniture purchase. To have this collected and refunded is turning into nothing but an unassisted drama. Catch and Livibe are useless stay away from catch they have rogue sellers on there marketplace

Purchased an item and have no record of the purchase in my account and therefore no means to track it. Transaction number 5CF873031R187325D I did get a refund in the end. Not catch's fault. The fault lays with the third party supplier. Perhaps Catch could screen out 3rd rate suppliers
