Abhorrent customer service!
Abhorrent customer service!! After a mix up with delivery locations which I attempted to rectify immediately after making the purchase the order was still sent to the wrong address. I made numerous attempts via email and phone to have the situation sorted however received little to no responses. Requested a refund as had not received the item and had to follow that up on numerous occasions as well. Six weeks of calls and emails it finally has been sorted. There is nowhere to escalate the issues and no attempt to remedy the situation or experience. I will never order from Catch again

Never will I buy a single thing from catch again. This is the second time they have done it to me, Im waiting for a very important item to finish our kitchen, it has been 15 days and still no sign of it, It was supposed to be 7 day max deliver time, Now im getting fed rubbish from them as to where my item is, Disgraceful is all I can say, Never again with CATCH
that the returns policy is hopefull they told the vendor to send me a postage paid envelope but they refused. nowhere as good as ebay
as a previous person said if something goes wrong your on your own. i was expected to pay for an article which was complete rubbish and not even worth $5. the catch team asked the vendor to send me a postage paid sticker but the vendor simply refused NOT GOOD ENOUGH EBAY'S MUCH BETTER WITH RETURNS

What a headache
First and last time buying off Catch. Ordered a black digital clock. I loved it. Great price, promised fast shipping and it was everything I was looking for. 1 month later still no clock. Spoke to Ray C through catch messenger, who was very helpful, escalated my case and the seller finally got in contact with me to tell me that my clock has been lost. Mind you trying to track the item is just ridiculous. All it says is item received and never updated past that. Anyway this seller has now said they'll send me another one but now they only have white. Please tell me why I can still find the black one on the site and in stock. Please just send the clock that I ordered 6 weeks ago. My first experience ordering off Catch, and I can confidently say I'll never be ordering off them again. Catch you had one job. You failed!!!
