Excellent product and as described in the product description. Fabric is soft and warm which adds to the overall comfort of the user. Great for a single person residence as it saves on costly home heating. Easy to operate. Have recommended it to family and friends. Delivery was quick and parcel was well packaged.

Experience is only as good as the seller since catch.com.au is really just a storefront for some rather dodgy online shops. Be careful! DailyAusBargains is one of their seller and, in addition to being unreliable, they are also utterly unapologetic and rude.

On Friday 26th July 2024 I purchased a Samsung ViewFinity S80UA 27" 4K UHD USB-C 90W Business Monitor - IPS Panel for $281.07 with postage of $10 so I could use it in the Dell Optiplex 9020 SFF Desktop.

I can no longer order anything while logged in, it comes up with an error. Have to use guest check out. No one from customer service has gotten back to me about it.

I put the order in on the 31st of July and received it safely on the 1st of August. Always a great experience with Catch. Heidi

I ordered a mattress through Catch on the 18th of June 2024. After I received a delivered email I phoned and explained nothing was delivered to me. Between them and Allied Express, no one still knows where my order is. So Catch agreed to send a new mattress. Two weeks later the same problem all over again. Nor does Catch or Allied Express have a clue about where my order is. If you phone they just tell you they will follow up, but never get back to you. We stay in a very Rural Outback town and if been struggling from the 18th of June to get a Mattress for my boy. I don't know who to phone anymore because the call centre do not assist at all. I will definitely not order through them again.

So easy to find what I was after on Catch. So easy to place order. So easy to enjoy what I had chosen. After I drink, will order again.

**Issue solved** Returned a couple shirts and they don't offer refunds, only store credit. And you need to pay for the return shipping. But when I returned the items I received zero credit and they posted a photo of some shorts. Called their customer service and was told I returned shorts instead of the shirts. How do I dispute that? Robbery. Edit: Issue was resolved and store credit provided. Thanks Jade. On another note, incase a rep from Catch is reading this, turns out the mix up was with the courier. The shorts which was returned to Catch was meant to be for Amazon. When Amazon informed me the item wasn't returned to them, I realised it was those shorts.

I ordered camera lens yesterday and got it the day after, which is amazing!!! The communication with the seller was really good and I got what I ordered. Thank you very much for a good customer service. Just wanted to add that I was skeptical after reading all this hate reviews and my message to people that want to purchase stuff on this Site is not pay attention to that. there is a lot of positive things about catch and you're missing it.
