Don't buy from here. No refund policy and even if you return the product faulty,they send the same product back to bleed the warranty. Absolute scum store front for Chinese companies. Shut it down

I'm so sad with the level of online retailers in Australia. Just moved back from four years in the US where everything is expedited, there are zero shipping costs and certainly no out of pocket costs to make returns. All of which, are not entitled to the consumer with catch.com.au. Avoid moving forward, you're better to just shop direct somewhere else.

This company is a pit full of snakes. Do not go near them. Supposedly catch.com.au's supplier was not able to dispatch the ordered item for reasons not disclosed or if there even was a reason. Several attempts, using catch.com.au enquiry link on the order page, to illicit a response failed. Turns out catch.com.au may or may not just send your enquiry to their supplier instead of dealing with it themselves. Requested a refund after realising that catch.com.au keep using 2 business days here and 3 business days there blah blah blah to keep avoiding making the refund. Now supposedly it will take another 10 business days to maybe resolve the issue, whatever that may be. My only option is to take the matter back to Paypal and get the transaction reversed, another 30 days, so catch.com.au gets an interest free loan for 40 plus days.

I purchased Xmas presents on Catch.com.au last week 5 days ago…Submitted my order then realised the address was a previous address 5 yrs ago. I reached out to Catch up to 6 times and promised they would change the address. I reach out to the courier “Courier Please” ( that’s my next review) . Obviously these business don’t communicate well. And today after a number of emails confirming delivery ( wrong address) followed by an email stating request to redirected to correct address. Guess what? I received another email with photos of the delivery at the wrong address. Back on the phone and told sorry nothing can be done. Do not purchase anything from Catch as their customer service don’t care!

Incorrect product despatched 6 weeks ago and still waiting for this to be resolved. Very poor follow up by Catch and only action occurs when I actually ring them. Emails seem to have AI generated response about being very sorry this has happened and they will look into it, but nothing occurs. Much better service from Amazon, ebay and Temu. I would not use Catch again

I bought this item for my grand-daughters bedroom, 2 Panels Pair Curtains Blockout for Living Room/Girl's Bedroom, Rod Pocket/ Back Tab Top Blackout Window Curtain Drapes, Plum Purple. They are a Very Good quality with a soft touch and good weight which helps keep the cold and heat out "even better if you push the bottom against the wall to stop that little bit of cold that Sneaks out at floor level" with a Full Blockout-even on a bright sunny day and cannot been seen through of a night even with a twin 40watt Fluorescent light inside. IF you are looking for Absolute Privacy, i gladly recommend these.
