We ordered 4 sun lounges

We ordered 4 sun lounges. They sent us 4 office chairs. When I complained they offered to give me $350 refund if I keep them! I said no and I want a refund on my credit card and please come and take the chairs away. I haven’t heard from them since!

Tracking number sent not for my pkg, as I dont live in Queensland where pkg was delivered to. Confirmed by Aus Post. Seller not answering messages, and people at Catch can't read

Skins Bib Shorts

Ordered the shorts and were delivered quickly. Product is of high quality and fits to size. Have completed a number of rides and the shorts are a great fit with no issues.

Avoid major appliance purchases from CATCH

Order a Coffee machine from Breville which was advertised as new but was a factory second. Sent item back for refund, and have been stuffed around ever since. Out of pocket $1300, money simply I don’t have. Catch should stick to grocery items. When it comes to major cost white goods, it’s worth buying from a major outlet, because CATCH retailers are drop shipping from China or operating out of a Shipping Container. Catches Customer service favours the seller, unlike eBay. Thumbs down.

Im absolutely shocked by the customer…

Im absolutely shocked by the customer service. I have place an order for some dinning plates, they all arrived broken. I’ve asked to replacements, and again, they all arrived in a huge box with no packaging material and all broken. Asked then for a refund. Have returned the items with the label provided by catch, and after 2 weeks, they said, there’s no update on the package. Dealing with customer service give me a sensation of hopeless. They said that I have to deal with post office. I ask how, as I don’t have anything else, beside e prepaid label provided by catch. Now they said the refund was approved, with no proof of that at all. Frustration define me now

Good Bargain

All of the items I purchase online at catch is well informative and accurate. But the most exciting and I love is the discounted items, I always get good value for my buck.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever. Note every one they do not offer redelivery. If you have ordered a big item - you will have to go and pick up your self from where ever their delivery depot is. Noting that their delivery guys are fickle at best. And just will email you that you weren’t home, even when you were. And put things on reason on non delivery like unrestrained dog, when the poor dog was no where near. Not to mention their delivery fees ante not cheap. And no credit either. It’s a lose lose situation. Not worth the headache.
