Outstanding Order

Still have not received all of my last order. Have not had time to ring customer service for reason of delay. Not very professional and received no communication. Otherwise have not have any previous mishaps. Always received my purchases promptly with good customer service.

Daily Plaza

I ordered 3 items from Daily Plaza: 1. Artiss TV Stand Tabletop Flat Screen TV Mount 2. Metal Pull Out Table Desk - White 3. Artiss Wooden Bed Frame White PONY Timber Mattress Base. All 3 items were as pictured/described and of reasonable quality for the price. The TV stand and desk were easy to assemble and are exactly what I needed. The bed frame was lighter than I expected and was difficult to assemble due to hard to decipher instructions. Although light it is still a sturdy comfortable bed and I am happy with it.

I ordered 2 things from Anko Kmart and didn’t realise it was shipped in 2 packages. I raised a query and the customer service team was very helpful. Everything was delivered within a matter of a few days

Not angry just very Disappointed catch

I used to purchase large amounts of items from catch while in lockdown. Items were always delivered promptly. Sure, the quality of those products were at times far below expectations. I'd never purchase any furniture from them again. But, delivery and order processing time was always quick and efficient. I am not sure what has happened with the company since then. Because this is certainly no longer the case. I finally decided on a mattress topper. I spent hours deciding and finally chose one. It was sold directly through catch. ( fyi never purchase from a 3rd party seller on this site ) Paid the express shipping cost and waited with anticipation for my email stating it had been dispatched and a tracking number provided. It had stated that it would leave the warehouse within 1-2 days. 4 days later an email simply stating my order was delayed and no further information. I attempted to email them back and sent a message through the online chat.... nothing 7 days later I found the phone number and called them Fyi - that number is - 1300 222 824. My order has been flagged and prevented from being dispatched. Whatever that means. No further info was given. I was given the choice to wait or recieve a refund. As they couldn't give me an idea how long the wait would be, it was a refund for me. Which they told me could take up to 7 days which it did. So, i ended up waiting either way. Well, I have done something silly and Earlier today i purchased a play centre for my daughter from catch. After only just finall receiving my refund from them. I have zero confidence that this order will be any different from my last and will result in a delayed processing time and in 8 days I will be on the phone again requesting a refund. After reading many comments I don't think the "dispatched from warehouse in 1-2 days" means anything and should be removed as its misleading and deceptive. Same with paying the extra for express shipping. I have so little trust now with catch after my last experence. I will come back and edit this review with the outcome. Just remember to never buy from 3rd party because catch won't take any responsibility if a problem occurs. I know from experence and in my opinion most of the furniture is cheap and poorly constructed. You will be disappointed if you purchase any from catch. Research prices first because often you can get the product elsewhere for less. Don't bother unless there is actually a bargain or discount being offered. And remember Dispite what catch may claim in their terms and conditions we as consumers have rights under the ACCC consumer laws. These rights cannot be denied or refused under any circumstances. If you're having issues with catch or any other buisness i advise you to go onto the ACCC website and become informed. Or search "the checkout" on YouTube for a more entertaining way to learn about them

Catch provide no customer service

I purchased a Bodyassist Thigh Wrap, the product doesn’t stay on the thigh - it moves down the leg as you walk. The Seller have taken no responsibility for their product and Catch will not refund. The packaging / advertising shows a person with the thigh wrap on and in an upright walking position - but this is not possible to do. Catch are not interested in their customer support and allow their seller to make the decision. Buyer beware …. They have lost my family, friends and associates as customers.

These guys are thieves

Catch.com.au are thieves. I ordered something that was "In stock" to leave the warehouse in "1-2 days". I then receive and email that it is delayed, no indication of when, no easy way of contacting them (they are allowed to contact me via email but their email is "no-reply"??) and terms and conditions that say I can't cancel an order. The kick in the teeth? Their website still says that the item is in stock to leave the warehouse in 1-2 days. Still haven't received the order, still don't know when it will be sent and then they have the audacity to send me a survey asking how the &*@&! purchase went? This organisation is criminal.
