I am awaiting my order. Cannot track as apparently not available. Order has been dispatched from 26th august but cannot get any other info. Have given all info and email. No response.

Catch conpany is not reliable i think. They used Seddle delivery service and my sons 89 dollar shoes lost. The deluvery service is bullit. Lie. They still parcells. Do t trust Catch company. It is my first time i used that company and it is bullst lies . It has been a week my parcel lost. I see on tracking it says it is not appearing at all after delivery service Seddle took it. I ordered goods on 15/8 which were “dispatched” on the 16/8 for delivery to be collected at KMart. Despite several queries and promises of delivery product has NOT yet arrived and no update at all! Why is it 8 BUSINESS days since dispatch and there is NO update as to why there is no expected delivery time? Despite Catch responding that they are looking into this I STILL have no delivery and NO response from “customer” service. This is clearly a case of Don’t care as we have your money!!
