Catch has a long way to go if it wants to have beat its competitors. - Prices are not cheap even "on sale". - Not reliable. Can't trust the stock status. On two separate occasions, they failed to fulfil my orders because the products were actually not in stock. - Time consuming. I needed to contact support every time to just find out there were issues with my orders. - Lack of communications. No real explanations about the issues. They tried to replace a missing product (with lesser value product) without my consent. I purchased some Catch gift cards from a deal, I was planning to use them to purchase some kitchen products, but they kept cancelling my orders. I spent so much time trying to find things to buy. Ended up I couldn't spend all my credits within a month, so I will need to pay for OnePass if I want to use up my credits. The system and process are broken, they needed to be improved; until then, I would spend my time and money somewhere else. Edit: Catch replied to this review, I provided them contact details but they did not follow up.

Warning: Poor communication & late delivery
I'm a huge advocate of online shopping, however Catch has broken trust and shifted my opinion. Purchased an item two weeks ago (1-2 days estimate to dispatch from warehouse) and received a message several days later it has 'been delayed'. No communication since. Have called the Priority Number (yes, I even became a priority member) and no further action or comms have materialised. UPDATE: Product delivered 2 weeks and 6 days after purchase (after several phone calls with Catch support).
Don't get caught by Catch!
I ordered a pair of Ugg boots in my usual size. They were far too small, I couldn't get my foot in them. I tried to exchange them. After an initial email of acknowledgement I have heard nothing. The website offers no way for a customer to contact anyone at Catch. The virtual Help facility is worse than useless. Buyer beware.
Bone 3 BEST BIKE RACK EVER
The bone 3 bike rack is fabulous. Once you are familiar with it, it is simple, convenient and safe. The 3 rack transports comfortably - 2 large mountain bikes. We have a SWIFT hatch and it fits perfectly. It also fitted well on the Elantra SUV. LOVE THIS PRODUCT.
