I have had so much trouble trying to get InTouch with a seller, I get messages from the seller but can not reply. I purchased a pair of boots that were a size too small. I returned them and now I have no way of communicating with the seller or catch.

Disgusting website. Trying to get a refund is near impossible. I am still trying to get my money back on a rubbish bin. They treat you like crap and make it so hard. Stay away from this website at all costs. I will delete this app as soon as I get what's left of my refund when ever that happens.... Oh I was told if I don't like it I should sell it on to my neighbour or freinds...Can you believe that????

We ordered the 710x450x205mm Black Quartz Stone Kitchen Sink Double Bowl through catch.com from Superior Homeware on order no. #C45011709-A. The sink had cracks along fault lines and was unusable due to leaks. We contacted customer service as soon as our builder informed us (he confirmed it was caused during manufacture due to the type of cracks) and Superior Homeware said the product needed to be identified as faulty within 24 hours to be eligible for a return. We replied that the cracks weren't noticeable until a builder went to install it and water tested it finding micro cracks. We then received a response from customer service that had such poor grammar and a disrespectful attitude we were left confused and disappointed. We are now left with a sink fit for the bin and a hole in our benchtop. Superior Homeware weren't concerned about the poor quality of their product and I would personally not recommend this company due to their poor exchange policy and lack of customer service. Absolutely appalling service. STAY CLEAR!
