Hi, it was my first experience of buying from this site and it seems to be the last. I didn't know that this site is a scam site. I completed purchasing the item over 2 months ago and have received nothing. My experience with this site was really the worst ever. The item stopped tracking 2/10 from DHL then I was told it was diverted to Australia Post and I tracked the item on Australia Post but to no avail I was not provided with any useful information I will not use the site again nor advise anyone to

some reason can't link my flybuys to catch account won't let me (saying email or password wrong) but I'm sure its not ??

I bought a supposedly new phone from Catch. A couple of months later it gets blocked by the Rental Company that actually owns the phone. The resolution Catch offers ? We'll arrange to unlock it for you. Not to be trusted!

The Catch staff were wonderful and quite helpful with my issues. I had a delivery that was delayed significantly but I couldn't get a hold of the courier company so they messaged the provider and tried to get the information I needed.

I ordered a number of items which all arrived within days. One parcel appeared to have a missing article, I contacted the help desk with a query, Krizelda looked into the status of delivery immediately and provided an update. The standard of client service was excellent. My item arrived the next day. All items were exactly as advertised. Great service, excellent product and good prices.
