5-star service and great value!

I was provided with tracking information for one of my parcels (this particular one was from a Catch Marketplace vendor) that was not linking to the transit information for the parcel. I contacted Catch customer service, as well as the vendor, and received a response within a very short period of time (a few hours at most). The problem was sorted within a day and all is fine. The quality of service, both in efficiency in solving the problem, and in the friendly, courteous and professional, yet, importantly, warm and welcoming, rather than too detached and impersonal, which can be a highly negative feature of interaction with many companies that insist on strict adherence to sterile and robotic scripts, which make the insertion of a human touch and the utilisation of the agent's unique personality nearly impossible to achieve. Thankfully, Catch is not one of those companies and interaction with customer support is a pleasant experience as a result. The experience I have described above, combined with the wide selection of products at excellent prices, which I can purchase whilst earning loyalty points on both Flybuys and Velocity AND earning cashback through Shopback make shopping with Catch the best option in a large number of instances for me.

Beware! Catch sells your personal details to scammers!

Ordered items off catch last week. This is the only site I have ever used my secondary name. Today I received a scam call, with the scammer calling me by my secondary name! Catch has sold my personal contact details to scammers!

Appalling service!!!

Appalling service!!!! My first time purchasing through catch and will definitely be my last. I placed an order for 3 high pressure jet nozzle attachments and only received 1. Now 3 weeks later and still don't have my 2 x missing items!!. No resolve by Catch to my issue and yet they have charged me in full for the 3 items!!!! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!
