Quick delivery and easy, stress-free assembly. Not to mention that the product is really good value for money - the overlying carpet is made from good quality, durable material and the ceiling fixator is soft silicone so as to not mark the ceiling. It doesn't dominate the space so looks lovely in our small apartment, and our cat absolutely loves playing on the platforms/sleeping on the top levels. Overall, we are really impressed with this product. Would highly recommend to any cat parents!

As everyone finds, you end up getting daily or weekly deals from multiple companies. I am finding Catch Shipping times (even with Covid and courier issues) to be quick so when they say "Shipping locally" unlike some sites, they must actually mean it....

Excellent Quality & Fast Delivery

False and misleading advertising. I purchased an item that was marked as an on sale item, however after I made the purchase I was made aware the item was the actual retail price. Completely misleading and false advertising and I'll be conferring with the The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. Extremely poor customer service following this up as well. I specifically bought this item for my move overseas. I have no doubt that this is why it's taken so long to have it clarified and sorted - to only make a limited amount of supposed resolutions available to me and backing me into a corner. Consequently, I can't buy a similar item to replace it in time for me relocating overseas because this issue is still SOMEHOW ongoing. This is the worst customer service I've ever received, which is sad because before this I'd only ever had good experiences with Catch; but that's not enough to retain me as a customer. I advise other shoppers go elsewhere because you may run into the same issue of false advertising and extremely poor consumer service. It also took them a week to remove the false advertising after I made them aware of it. So, watch out!

I thought my delivery was missing an item and wrote to customer service. They emailed straight back to tell me that the item was being sent separately. I found the despatch, delivery and customer service was exceptional. Thank you.

Ordered basic item on 1 Jan, wrong size (size chart not correct), returned shortly after, have been waiting for almost a month for an exchange. I think they lost my return. Do not order anything clothing or footwear you want immediately from Catch.com.au, go to a physical store, try it on.

The product was as expected, but arrived with a faulty charging cable, so was unusable. I left a scathing review accordingly. Contacted the seller direct, who posted a new cable. I'd like to post an improved review reflecting their prompt help, but no humans work at Catch to tell me how I do that - just an automated online help tool that doesnt respond with ANYTHING remotely relevant when I ask, 'how do I edit my review'.

Good watch all around would love to buy more if compatible with ios phones many users are on ios not on android i get there is some but many would be on IOS PHONES really nice product would recommend
