Purchased this top drink made by BrewDog from catch.com.au - not sure why they've stopped making the Punk IPA in Australia. Hope they re-start production in 2022 as a New Year's resolution to its fans!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience Was initially advised item was in stock and would dispatch in 2 days. Then received a text saying there was a delay (but not to worry) but no update/delivery info. Rang 2 days later to be advised that I would "need to be patient for 1 - 2 business days while they looked into it" (and to correspond via email). 3 business days later still no update, followed up via email but got no response. Rang to chase up and was advised that I would "need to be patient for another 1 - 2 business days while the matter was escalated". Received a notification advising goods had been dispatched but there were no tracking details to follow up. 2 days later, goods still not delivered and chased up tracking details. Advised that I would "need to be patient for 2 - 3 business days while the matter was escalated". Finally received goods after nearly 3 weeks (but no updates about tracking details etc.)
