Purchased a gift and found out a duplicate payment was made and ordered within 1 second. Contacted them by email as there is no way to speak to anyone by phone and the company who, when they finally replied said the duplicate order could not be cancelled also the order had already been dispatched and because it was a click and collect I would have to pick the item up then return it through the website. At no point did they say I would only get a store credit as a refund and that I would have to pay postage for an item I didn't order in the first place. *UPDATE Catch has since fixed this and provided a refund to my bank account*

A FRAUD COMPANY !!!

I purchased a TV cabinet. In the Ad. they said simple assembly required. But whe it came, came with 31 pieces ofwoods and198 screws, bolts and nuts and some other assemly (I do not know what). Not a clear assembly instruction. Missing screws as I could not complete the installtion. I ask Catch to take back the item and refund. But they send the following terms: 1. Box not opened. 2. Catch will not refund the deliver fee. 3. I have to pay and arrnage to send the item back to the supplier. Basically I paid $270.00. Item $199.00 and delivery $70.00. If I return this, I have to pay $100.00 and recive $99.00. That is also ot sure as we already opened the box. Absolutly terrible customer service ever with no accountablity. Now nearly one month I am fighing with customer. You can't call this supplier. No telephone number. Worst customer exprience 0/10. Order number #C46673855-A Before buying please check the following link abour customer's review regaring Catch. Now I am writing this matter to Fair Trading and Australian Competition and consumer commission (ACCC) for them to step in for full refund.

expired voucher

I was sent $15 voucher from Catch in November but the expiry date for that code is in October. So I requested for help and Caryl from Catch has provided great help and solution to my problem. At first, she issues a credit to be used for my next purchase but I explained I would prefer to be refunded back and so she did that as well and I got $15 back. Caryl was very helpful, understanding and being very patient in handling this matter. Thanks a lot.
