Extremely unreliable. I purchased 7 products. 3 simply never arrived. One which did arrive was broken straight out of the box. So 3 out of 7 were fine. S come time I used them (fool me twice shame on me) 2 of the three products arrived catch are near impossible to contact so just sort of flapping in the wind waiting for a response.

I purchased an item over a month a go for them to have Zero contact with me I end up calling them and they say your item has been delivered to pick up location for just under a month although catch click and collect team haven’t got around to sending thru the barcode required to pick the product up I phone again and they say it’s takes 2 business days well that’s fine but it’s taken a month and I still have received it they take no responsibility and I couldn’t rate them poorly enough I will be telling anyone maybe even my social media to stay CLEAR OF CATCH!!!! What a joke!!! At no point have they offered any assistance or any communication

This chair, the Korean Office Chair Ergonomic Superb, which I bought from CATCH, is the best I have had to create comfort for me with my severe scoliosis. It's very supportive and reliable. Very good for use in front of my desktop. CATCH supplies great items at very competitive prices.

I ordered an Inflatable spa on sale, paid, said delivery was in 1 to 2 business days. Got an email 2 days later saying there would be a delay but would have item wothin a week. All good. Two days later another email saying sorry, no spas available 😢 so I went on Catch website and ordered another one AT THE FULL PRICE and went through to paymemt stage no worries ! Fraudulent sales pitch, and sent several emails to Catch with no reply !! Have since ordered another spa from My Deal and no problems and they are WAYYYY better to deal with ! Avoid Catch at all costs...fake sales and no communication !!
