I would like to give a minus star but can’t. Terrible customer service and delivery follow up. Purchased a present for my son in Adelaide 6 weeks before Xmas. They promised delivery within 3 days. Never received product (at time of this review on Boxing Day). They made a meager effort to say they would investigate the delivery the Monday before Xmas but way too little too late. I would never trust this site to deliver for an important date ever. Zak

These guys are not to be trusted. Wrong product was sent and then commitments to rectify the issue didn’t happen. In the end a little girl didn’t get her Xmas present. I hope this business falls so it stops ripping Australians off.

It’s been a rough year
*edit 2* Well Catch really outdone themselves. Yes they contacted me via email and had it sorted within seconds. I was told I would have a tracking number within 2 days and my items would be on there way…it’s been over 2 weeks. No response to my emails. Even I am impressed at your sheer audacity. We’re done. I am contacting consumer affairs, because this is just such shocking and shameful behaviour. Keep your 1 ⭐️. You earned it. *edit* was contacted by Catch after this review and the issue was sorted out immediately. Although it shouldn’t have to come to writing bad reviews, I cannot deny they were kind, quick, and resolved issue wi to one email. Thank you! I would have given 5 ⭐️ and it seems it is, until something goes wrong. No one cares. Lengthy response times, then today, they literally hung up in my ear. I ordered some Tommy Hilfiger clothes for my 2&3 year old for Christmas. Instead I was sent a $30 teapot. Thank goodness I had taken photos, as proof I didn’t get the clothes. Now I’m told the clothes have been sold out, some are being sent, and a partial refund for the others. I don’t want the money, I want the clothes, I’d rather they substituted them, or at the very least, a full refund. I know it’s ridiculous to be mad that they don’t care, but it’s just been such a hard year.My 3 year old is a bonus child, so money is tight, love is in abundance. I wanted my babies to have something nice. Beautiful photos. Happy smiling babies. I worked really hard to make this happen, and the “whatever” response is what I am most upset about. She wasn’t even listening to me on the phone, literally muted me. Merry Christmas 🎄

Not everything's a deal on the site but I know it's based in Australia so trust Catch more for backup service & not posing as a Australian site but based in China like so may other "Australian Sites". Do not use them for anything
Do not use them for anything. Lots of fake/imitation products - intentionally advertised in a misleading way to appear as if they are the real thing. Tried to cancel an order once I realised it was a scam - no response from seller and no assistance from catch. Looks like there will be additional charges to me when the order shows up if I want to return it.
