I love this dress

I love this dress, and at first I bought a medium, it was so small I couldn't fit it over my head, so I bought a large, and it was so tight my stomach stuck out like I was 9 months pregnant.. I am 71 yrs old. It really is a beautiful dress.

Never Again …

A totally stressful experience that I will not repeat. My order took five weeks to arrive and when it did, it was delivered in an oversized box with no packing. As a result the cardboard box is battered, worn and busted. THIS ITEM WAS ORDERED AS A XMAS PRESENT and my $80 gift arrived looking like a second piece of crap!!!!!! Thanks Catch

Uncle Pete's Toys order through Catch.com

Don't place an order through them from Uncle Pete's Toys. I mistakenly ordered a drill set not realising it was a toy until IMMEDIATELY after the order was placed whereupon I IMMEDIATELY sent a request via contact seller to cancel the error I had made, and it shipped the following day with a $19 shipping cost on top. Four stars for Catch.com, none for Uncle Pete

i have been really disappointed with…customer service and communication

i have been really disappointed with the communication i have received from catch regarding my 2 orders. I have received emails on both orders saying there is a delay with no further information. One item was ordered over a week ago and i have raised an online inquiry, made 2 phone calls and i am yet to receive an explanation of the delay or when i can expect my item to be dispatched. each time i called they said a specialist will contact me ASAP and that my issue has been escalated - silence - no response. really disappointing especially at this time of year when you want to know the item is on its way and is a big part of your Christmas. the item is advertised as guaranteed delivery by Christmas and listed as an item sold and delivered by catch and not a marketplace item. All of this and also been charged $26 for delivery for each of these items yet silence - nobody seems to know anything about why the items have not yet been dispatched despite saying dispatch within 1-2 business days!

Delivery Tracking non existent

Product and pricing is good but order processing and delivery updates are a black hole. As a frequent user of Amazon, the key difference is that they provide you a very accurate ETA on when you will get your goods. Catch provide no ETA which is very disconcerting for the consumer. I don't think I will use catch again even though they might have the cheapest price until they start providing ETA's. Thanks for the reply, any update on the TV I ordered would be much appreciated. I added the order number in this review.

Finally I got my money back!!!

I bought an item that took weeks to arrive on top of the schedule date another 2 weeks were added. Hence the item was then replaced for something else I purchased in store. Now … HAVE BEEN SENDING EMAILS FOR 3 WEEKS NOT ONE CALL OR EMAIL!! So I returned item to sender and still no contact from anyone. Be very careful when you deal with these guys as they are cunning and complicated when trying to reach by phone when you Google … SHAME ON YOU ALL FOR MAKING RETURNS DIFFICULT AND ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Put $100 on a gift card

Put $100 on a gift card, ordered a product, order was cancelled with no explanation. I had to ask for the gift card balance to go back to the card. That took over 24 hours. Verified my details AGAIN. Ordered product again, order cancelled AGAIN. Same thing, have to ask for the $100 to go back to the gift card… JUST IN A LOOP It’s Xmas all I want to do is purchase a product!!!!!!!!!!
