I ordered a wheelbarrow 28 Sep on catch.com.au which initially showed that it would be sent out in 3 days from warehouse. But it’s been 14 days now and still not been dispatched yet and the advertisement still shows that it would be dispatched in 3 days. I found someone’s review here which just happened a month ago got exactly same experience like me. update: finally received on 21th Oct without any notice or dispatch number.

great to have catch of the day it is Australian shop based. Warehouses are in NSW normally or Melbourne. Delivery to Vic is usually 1 - 2 days. Only had a couple of issues with postage but it was during Australia post staff strikes or covid lockdown issues. Other than that they are back in full swing. Ordered my second desk chair arrived in 2 days month of Oct 21 - back to fast delivery again. Waiting still on a smaller package but am allowing 2 weeks before I contact sellers to tell them I am having issues. Better than overseas ecommerce selling platforms. Some stuff has not arrived at all or taken 3 months. Good to support Australian sellers. Thanks Catch for keeping it Australian even if the goods are coming in originally from china - supplies are in Aust,

Very bad customer service they just tack ur money it’s been 6 weeks I haven’t received my item and still waiting for catch to refund $200 the money it’s tacking them another two weeks To refund the amount because the Company is poor they can’t pay it up Straight away never buying from there again

Due to Covid delays They started charging $28 Postage!! Unbelievable rip off. No more shopping from Catch until they come to their senses.
