Great customer service from Maisie Allman today via email. I emailed and within 15 minutes I had a reply from Maisie explaining why we had not received our booking confirmation email due to a small typo error with my email and that she had now altered to the correct email and she sent this through to myself. Will definitely use No 1 Lounges again. Thank you Maisie

Great customer service from Maisie Alan today. We booked a lounge in the wrong terminal yesterday and e mailed to enquire as to whether this could be refunded. Really prompt and polite response and sorted a goodwill refund for us. Thank you Maisie, if only Aspire were as helpful

Fab service from Jaimie @ No1 Lounges Guest Relations

Huge thank you to Jaimie (Brown) for their quick and efficient customer service in helping us to rebook at Edinburgh Aspire Lounge after a cancelled holiday. We attended the lounge prior to our holiday on 26/07/24 and very much enjoyed our time. However, our only issue was that most tables (with the comfy chairs) had reserved signage on them for hours without anyone sitting at them. We (my partner and I) were asked to move from a table in case a larger party turned up - however it remained empty the whole time we were in the lounge. Despite this, we would still book again in the future as the food and bar service was good and had a nice chilled atmosphere.

Very prompt and efficient response

I had lost all my emails so needed confirmation of my booking. Maisie Allman emailed me back within minutes of me sending. Very efficient and helpful and set my mind at rest. Thank you.

Confirmation issue …

I had an issue getting a confirmation email but Jaimie Brown helped me quickly and re-sent the confirmation. I have used the No1 at Gatwick North and Luton and both are lovely and comfortable with helpful staff. It’s the best way to start a holiday.
