Had help after payment being taken but no booking being made …

I had help from Jaimie after payment being taken from my account but no booking being made. Jaimie was fast to respond to my query and located the payment on their system and manually arranged my booking and sent me confirmation. I was worried that this was going to be a long process but Jaimie made it very simple so thank you!

Jaimie Brown was very helpful and informative and arranged our lounge visit without any hassle. The lounge experience was excellent and made for a great relaxation before our flight. Food was so good and a fair selection. plus the pudding was for to die for. Many thanks, we will be using you again on our next trip

Excellent customer service - Jaimie Brown

Thank you to Jaimie Brown for fantastic, friendly and efficient customer service in dealing with an issue I had. I had booked a lounge but on the day of the flight found out that my flight booking included the same lounge so did not need my booking. Jaimie provided me with a range of options and went onto transfer my original booking to another travel date very efficiently.

Fabulous company. I had a query today and Jaime Brown dealt with it all so quickly for me, so friendly and helpful. I use No1 lounges a lot as a they are a great place to relax before a flight and any questions are always dealt with so quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend.

Amazing customer service by Jaimie. I booked online and money was taken from my bank but no booking email or reference. I emailed No1 Lounges and Jaimie dealt with my issue efficiently.

New Lounge opens at Luton Airport

As a frequent flyer I Was happy to see the new lounge at Luton AirPort open after a long wait. Visited my lounge on 25th July 2024 using my Priority Pass. At the entrance I was greeted by a lovely smiling lady called VAL. ( great personality ) she whisked me through checking procedures in minutes. Went upstairs and was greeted by lovely new lounge. Very well laid out and pleasant friendly staff. My only hope is the new company limits the reservation as it disappoints the Priority Pass holders who are refused entry saying the lounge is full because of reservations. This was the case with the last company where on many many occasions I was refused entry. Wishing the new company the best. I certainly as a frequent flyer from Luton will be visiting regularly.

Excellent service

Made a booking online but no confirmation received. Not sure I input email address right so contacted enquiries and Maisie Allman sorted everything by return. Great service and gives confidence of booking with No1 Lounges.
