Used the lounge at Heathrow T3 and have no complaints. There was a long queue outside when we arrived and someone commented that we wouldn’t get in as there was a long wait. Fortunately, we had reserved beforehand so we got straight in and were found a table for two by the window, overlooking the runway and close to the food. Food had several choices, most not to my cup of tea but I did manage to find something. I had checked the menu choices online before booking so I knew what to expect. The food was warm and was regularly replenished by staff, I never saw anything run out for longer than a few minutes. Over all, as long as you book in advance and check the website beforehand so you know what to expect, I would recommend this as a comfortable place to wait and get some food and drink while you wait for your flight.

Despite writing a review recently it appears deleted. Gatwick north no 1 lounge club. Cold dark dingy. Poor choice of food the Thai curry was watery and tasteless . The snacks were a few biscuits with one choice completely run out. The staff were completely unattentive and had poor product knowledge. Very poor experience which I will not return to .

We were unable to access the No1 Lounge at Birmingham Airport due to the chaotic situation (3 hours of queuing, 1 hour in the car park) and to add salt to the wound are now denied a £70.00 refund for the pre paid service. Shame on you Swissport, the little people pay the price for the inadequacies of senior management once again. Enjoy your bonuses.

Poor selection for the lunch menu. At Gatwick North. Mainly Currys and spicy food options. No good for children with additional needs, who struggle with this sort of food. A small alternative was offered salad, bit of cheese and some cous cous mix which had no flavour. Some staff blanked you, an appeared miserable. Only bonus, was it was quiet location, where the children could watch the planes leaving the run way. Signal is difficult on your devices, not a huge amount better using the free WiFi. Wouldn't return to this lounge again.

Wendy was the highlight of a visit marred by an almost 2-hour wait to get into the lounge. She was just so pleasant, abd absolutely natural which is a joy to behold in today’s coordinated service world. The world would be a much better place with a few more Wendy’s!
