I used the Gatwick (North Terminal) lounge on Friday 22 December 2023 and it was excellent. The food was fresh and hot, there were enough choices / options and the service by the staff members was friendly and efficient.

My experience at No1 Lounge in Luton airport was fantastic! Wendy and the team could not do enough for myself and the rest of the guests. All staff were polite, professional and friendly! 5 stars throughout! Thank you again!

Gatwick. Made a booking erroneously at North instead of South. Tried to cancel North under ‘manage booking’ but only allows you to change date/time. Emailed you as advised to request booking fee refund. Made separate South booking. Was sent automated reply stating I can cancel by clicking a link taking me back to ‘manage booking’ which states date and time changes only. Emailed again and explained but haven’t heard from you so I’ve paid booking twice for the privilege of a very mediocre experience at your lounge. Waiting to hear. Tried to cancel on 2nd, visit on 3rd

Great friendly staff, hot food and clean. Only thing to moan about that paid for the lounge Christmas Day and nobody knew when it opened. So value for money was horrendous as I only had half an hour in the lounge.
