Amazing customerservice

After a terrible experience where are flights were delayed then cancelled, Maisie Allman, a guest representative, was amazing and swiftly amended our booking to a lounge 3 days later which was greatly appreciated and rare in response nowadays.

Charged twice

I had been charged double for the lounge I had booked. After a couple emails and some proof of a double payment, Jaimie Brown has now reimbursed me for one of the payments.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. I booked a lounge and my money was taken. Website however crashed and I didn’t get confirmation of the booking. This was sorted very quickly and efficiently by Maisie Allman at customer support. I now have my confirmation email. Thank you Maisie.

Our flight got cancelled from Gatwick…

Our flight got cancelled from Gatwick to Heathrow and we had a group of 6 booked for the lounge. I emailed and straight away was offered a credit for the lounge. Maisie was great and has booked our lounge for our next holiday. It was straight forward and hassle free. Thank you
