Never do business with this company…

I would not recommend ever doing business with this company. I purchased products from them in December 2024 for my wife. When she tried the products, she had a very bad adverse reaction to it. I decided to return the product for a refund since I was still under the (60) day time frame for a return. I emailed customer service on multiple occasions without a response. Out of nowhere, weeks later, they decided to email me an adverse reaction form and stated that l would get a refund once I completed and returned it to them. I completed it and returned it back via email. I never heard back from them, completely ghosted me. I have tried over (25) times to contact them via their customer support line, you can never get through no matter what time you call, nobody will answer and you cannot even leave a message. The automated system states that I have never never placed an order either. By all means, please stay completely away from this company. My wife’s mouth has suffered tremendously because of their product. They do not have the decency, ethics nor morals to do the right thing for their customers. There’s something called kharma in life, they should be really concerned of that word, it’s coming for them…

Buyer Beware – Shady Subscription Practices I do not recommend doing business with this company. I ordered one bottle of the "magic powder" just to try it out. Unfortunately, the product didn’t work for me, so I had no intention of ordering again. To my surprise, I was enrolled in a subscription without my knowledge, and another bottle was shipped—and I was charged for it. When I tried to initiate a return, the system said “no order found,” making the process incredibly frustrating. There’s no customer service phone number to call, and you’re forced to wait days for a reply via email. Overall, a very poor experience. Be careful before ordering anything from this company.

Great products and customer service

In response to my email inquiry, I received a response within hours. The customer service representative solved my issue to my immense satisfaction. The response was also polite and friendly. Snow's products are great and their service is the best!

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY. I ordered this toothpaste pack on March 12 and it never came. The link to tell SNOW that my package did not arrive does not work, so I emailed customer service, no reply. Their website is impossible to navigate and I doubt that I will even receive my refund.

Don’t bother

I’m not sure this is a real company. Took my order and no updates or messages for two months. I received a ton of marketing emails to order now and everything on sale and whatever… meanwhile they kept telling me products were out of stock with no estimated restock date. At least they refunded me quickly. Super disappointing, I was looking forward to trying the product but it seems like a scam. Edit, company reply: I have not placed any new orders. The main product they sell has been sold out for months apparently, and it was holding up the rest of the order. I cancelled and will say at least their service team was excellent. However, I get emails all the time to buy that product on sale, despite it not being in stock.

For oral health Snow products are best

Recently, I asked for customer service assistance with a problem. They were responsive and helpful and solved my problem immediately. I am happy because I really like Snow Teeth Whitening products. My LED Whitening Electric Toothbrush (Gen 2) is the best electric toothbrush I have used in 20 years. I appreciate the difference it makes in my oral health; and I am 73 years old. I especially like their Microbiome Balancing Mouthwash. I can tell the difference when I use it. My gums are healthier. The Whitening Toothpaste is good, too.

Scam of a company

Scam of a company. I ordered the powder, paid for it, then they cancelled my order and said it’s out of stock, but would not change it on the website. Now they have all my info and keep sending me promo emails. Who is running this company? A bunch of monkeys??
