The piggyback board is a good addition to the buggy, and safely enables a two year old to ride behind his little brother. Fast and efficient service from Natural Baby Shower.

Unfortunately the product I received was missing parts. I contacted customer service who said they were waiting for the supplier to provide an update (this is still pending 6 days after advising of the missing parts). Have requested a return and will buy from elsewhere as I don’t want to wait for a resolution. Wouldn’t purchase from this site again

They sent me the wrong baby carrier. Communication was poor for pickup and redelivery. Not impressed.

I am so happy with natural baby shower. They took all of the stress out of baby shopping. They had the best price and offer out of all baby shops I looked at. Fast delivery and regular updates via email and text with a specified time slot for delivery. The customer service on phone and email were great when I needed to change my address. They replied to me promptly and were so lovely. So happy I ordered from here and I’ll definitely be ordering again.
