Awesome help provided by Christie! I bumped into a few issues when moving over from EDF to London Power. Christie provided me with guidance, was attentive and was easy to get in touch with over email! She made the process a breeze! Glad to have made the switch!

Since we change to Octopus Energy we have had a first class service we have just had our smart meters changed over from version 1 to version 2 the gas meter was not sending the readings so sent a message to them and it has now been sorted by the very nice Emma and we are very pleased with the service we have received Thanks
Super friendly and really knowledgeable
I called hoping to understand how to switch providers and James Smith went over and above to explain how to find an accurate usage and how to use this when I am looking for electricity deals. He has provided some great advise and new ways to find what is energy efficient in my house. Had a man named Benjamin come and do the metering when I switched gas/electric companies. The man was very friendly and polite. He made sure that he wore his mask and gloves at all times in my property. He explained everything that he was doing and made sure that we were safe. He was very communicative even before the appointment and arrived on time -as I was working from home and had meetings he also made sure that he did not make much noise. So far I’m impressed with the customer service from the company. I have spoken to real people about any issues/concerns.
