I have recently moved from EON to Octopus, even though I had a smart meter with EON they sent me an estimated bill which was miles out. When I tried to contact EON they advised me that I have to resolve this with my new supplier. So I contacted Octopus who could not have been more helpful. They refunded me the difference of nearly £30. I was told it was not worth Octopus's time to go back and said they would resolve it themselves. Vanessa from Octopus who actioned my emails was quick and very helpful in getting back to me. I wish I had moved soon, EON's customer service is dreadful, the website does not work properly, live chat was never working. None of these issues ever with Octopus. So glad I am not with EON any more.
Femiola made my transfer a breeze!
In terms of customer support, London Power (support provided by Octopus Energy) has been 1st class. Femiola has been extremely helpful in getting my transfer to London Power sorted and I couldn't be happier. She's quick to respond and has done a really good job at making the steps of the process clear so I know what to expect. Thank you!
Professional and courteous service
I was dealt with very professionally and courteously by Femiola at My London Power to ensure I was switched onto the correct tariff. As I was a little confused, Femiola even went to the trouble of double checking the predicted annual cost for me on this tariff by working it out herself using a calculator to confirm the details. Many thanks for a smooth sign up process.

Really good provided I was with Octopus for 2 years and have nothing bad to say about them, there customer service was outstanding and never had any issues with them I only ever had 1 query and this was resolved within an hour if that

Just switched to London Power. Absolutely superb customer service every step of the way so far. Even though my previous supplier have held things up & messed us about. Femiola has especially been great with swift replies & very helpful advice.

Hi Kayleigh from octopus (/London power) was absolutely amazing. I requested a smart meter installation which I have been waiting years to be offered by my previous supplier, and within a day she responded offering me an installation in 2 weeks!

At my age I do not complicated systems and thanks to Sophie I have absolutely no problems and her prompt reply makes a change from the usual waiting all I can say is I hope all the staff are as good

Great energy provider and fantastic customer service. Simple, transparent, and easy to use. We have gone through them all and London Power is definitely the best.
Sophie and London power are excellent
The operator I spoke to today, Sophie, was excellent. She was very helpful and friendly as well as professional and efficient. Sophie explained the reasons behind my query and helped me make a decision regarding my future supply. As a result I decided to stay with London Power and renewed my contract for another year. This is my second query with London Power. Both times I was treated with respect and my issues were resolved amicably and immediately. Thank you Sophie and thank you London Power. Have never had to contact London Power which supports the excellence of the service. The online facilities when it comes to submitting energy usage, confirmation when the Direct Debit will be processed and the reminder when it comes to reviewing your contract are second to none. Would recommend to others without any reservations
