I called Octopus to enquire why I had…my account was in debt

I called Octopus to enquire why I had been charged so much for my recent electricity bill. Melina answered my call promptly. She quickly realized that I'd input a digit incorrectly on my meter reading submission. Melina corrected the reading, rectifying the account and arranged a refund for overpayments at my request. Melina was also able to arrange for a smart meter to be installed in a few days time. All this in one friendly phone call! I can't ask for better than that, thank you!

Very good customer service

Very good customer service. The only surprise is that when you move out next tenant gets letter from Octopus not MyLondonPower... Needless to say Octopus bills will probably be higher.

Impressive customer service

My thanks to James Smith at London Power, who went above and beyond to resolve issues with a previous supplier when an incorrect meter reading was given at handover. I can highly recommend London Power, both for its green credentials and for the efficient and professional service provided by James!
